The property was well located, with little need to drive. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony in the afternoon. The VRBO photos accurately depict the property. It was clean, and check-in was easy. There is no reserved parking, but I had no trouble finding nearby parking.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the location worked out well for you and that the balcony made for a nice spot to unwind in the afternoons. We're also glad to hear the photos matched your expectations and that check-in went smoothly. To clarify on parking for future guests: while spots aren't individually reserved, there is an adjacent lot available, and two parking passes are issued per reservation. Thanks again for staying with us - we hope to host you again soon!

Great, as always

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location, great wrap around balcony for people watching and enjoying a drink. Beds were comfortable, kitchen sufficient, perhaps a new couch would benefit the overall look of the place, but not a deal breaker by any means. Our second year staying here says it all.

Our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved everything about our stay! The location was right on the middle of all the action! My only complaint was there was a mixup on the arrival date which I still don’t believe was my fault, but I should have opened the pdf and caught the mistake instead of looking at my text.

Homeowners Collection is the Best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Cherished for a long weekend and will be returning in the Spring. The location is great, especially in the quieter months. The accommodations, while not "beachy" decor, are very comfortable and very clean. Our pup had a great time checking everything out from the balcony, which was very comfortable also. We are repeat clients of Homeowner's Collection for a very good reason. Like the welcome gifts too (some agencies have discontinued those to save $), but it's a nice touch.

Location was great if you like to be right in the heart of Seaside. The balcony was so nice to relax and people watch. Easy and close access to beach and everything you could possibly want. The kitchen can use some attention to detail. ie: pot holders, extra dish towels, linen napkins. We enjoyed staying here as an alternative to a more isolated property.
