My stay was nice. Marcelo is a good host, communication was good. House was clean, really nice the house is a block and a half away from the beach. Overall great stay. I stayed for 3 weeks and it’s a solid place for long period stays

Great location, beautiful remodel!

An easy walk to the beach! The highlight of our family vacation was to walk to the beach to watch a nighttime rocket launch! The house is nicely remodeled and very modern and clean. Can’t wait for our next visit to see family and will definitely stay here again! Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach has so much to do nearby.

Life is a Beach

Excellent location. Beach is never crowded. Great place to watch the Rocket launches. Ten minutes to the Port to watch the Cruse Ships go out. Great restaurants with great food and live music. Ten minuet walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in the Condo.

We have stayed here before and it is always a good experience. Close to every thing. Very clean and well maintained. Only con is that the patio furniture is in rough shape and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced

Christmas vacation to visit family

This is our favorite condo to rent. It's just a short walk to the beach. The condo is clean and roomy to fit our family of six. All essentials are included to get you started on your vacation. Location is close to Publix and good restaurants. We look forward to renting again for our summer vacation.

Close to beach and quiet neighborhood

This property was so clean! Furnishings and appliances seemed brand new. Bedding and towels good quality. We watched a night rocket launch light up the sky from our balcony and walked the one block to the beach for a handful of other launches. Only connected to one other unit which was a plus.

Beach condo in quiet neighborhood

My family of six stay at this spacious beach condo twice a year. We love renting this three bedroom condo because of the close walk to the beach and beach stuff is available to use. It is always clean and well stocked of the items you need to get started. Plenty of comfortable beds for the family - even the large couch is comfortable for sleeping. The rain showers are amazing! Big open kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. Back patio is nice for eating meals outside and a grill to use.

Lovely condo. Perfect size and location for our trip.

The condo’s location and size was perfect for our family. My mom lives in Melbourne and we live in Florida, so we were not interested in the beach…(plus it was cold by Floridian standards), but it looked like they have amble supplies for guest who were interested in the beach. The condo was bery clean, rooms sizes were spacious and nicely decorated with modern furniture and appliances. The soft pastel blue colors inside were perfect for a Florida vacation. The manager replied to any questions or concerns we had quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner for our family.

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property which was walking distance to the beach (5 min) and easy access to other interests. Probably the cleanest and most beautiful condo we have rented. Plenty of space, up-to-date amenities and rooms, modern bathrooms, and many areas to relax (patio, spacious living room). The large bedrooms were on the second floor and were perfect. This condo is close to many restaurants, the Carib Brewery, beach (where we saw a rocket launch), mini golf and grocery store. Marcelo was a great host and immediately responsive to any questions. If you're looking for a spacious, clean, easy access property, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

Beach fun!

We went to the beach just about every day and it was an easy walk. We went left instead of down to the park because it was much less crowded at the other access. We did go to Orlando one day and it was an easy drive. We also got to see a rocket launch so we loved the location. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and had what we needed. We appreciated having the linens, soap and toilet paper all provided. All we were missing was dishwasher soap. Kitchen could use more bowls and cups but otherwise was sufficient. We had a great week and would definitely stay at this house again.

Space coast launch
