Welcome to Basecamp at Cocoa Beach 🏖

This is my beach/surf house, and I'm excited to share it with you!

★ You will NOT share the property with anyone else during your stay. It's all yours! (Other homes listed in area sometimes have the owner staying on-premise in a small apartment, or trailer, in the backyard.)

★ We are proud to pay our cleaners a living wage. Your cleaning fee goes directly to a local, family owned, professional cleaning company. They provide a top to bottom cleaning of the entire house, along with linen service, after EVERY reservation.

• Located in Avon by the Sea at Cocoa Beach - just 500 meters (1/4 mile) from the Atlantic.

• Recently updated with NEW furniture, beds, appliances, landscaping, and more!

• Please review all the photos and reach out with any questions you might have.

• Enjoy a fully furnished 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom home with Terrazzo floors, new beds, new furniture, new Smart TVs, new linens, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, new kitchenware, and more! Come relax under one of the oak trees in the backyard.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Beach gear is washed with fresh water and returned to the shed, and locked. Beach towels and beach blankets are washed, folded, and returned to hall closet.

Dirty bath towels placed in the laundry basket in hall closet.

All dishes are clean and returned where they belong.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

★ If you are a new, you must have your accounts verified at the time of booking. We will also ask that you provide more information about your group.

This house is very comfortable and has everything you need. It t is a close walk to the beach. Lots of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys and a beach wagon to carry it all in. We enjoyed dinners on the nice large patio and the back yard provides lots of privacy. The host is wonderful. He responds quickly and takes care of anything you may need. He checks in to make sure your stay is going smoothly. This is my second time at this house and I will return again.

Very nice beach house with easy access to the beach - just a short walk down the street to public access. Home has a beach wagon to haul all needed supplies. Easy access to convenience stores, nearby grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants within short drive or walk. Perfect size home for a family of 4 - we have 2 teenage boys which enjoyed having their own rooms and beds. Cocoa Beach is a "big" place with lots of options - this home's location is out of the busier touristy areas, which made stay much more relaxing. If we get back to Cocoa Beach, we will stay here again.

This house was so cozy and charming. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach and an extremely short drive to the pier. We didn’t get to use the big back yard but it was well kept and clean. We even got a surprise rocket launch that we saw from the front yard. We would and will stay here again no question.

The house was exactly as depicted. Patio had newer furniture than pictured. The back yard was huge. It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. We only used the cooler but there were also beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys…everything you’d want for a day at the beach. The house was in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only a couple blocks from the beach in one direction and couple blocks from the main road in the other. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Check in was good, we had a little difficulty with the door code, but it was quickly taken care of with a phone call. House was clean and in a great location for our needs. Perfect Location

We stayed at this property for 4 nights before a cruise and we couldn't have asked for better. Everything was as expected if not better. You can easily walk to the beach, down to the pier, and to restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Recently I bought this house for my friends and I to call 'Basecamp' when we're in the area surfing and working (photography/media/travel). We are from all over the world, but Cocoa Beach is one of our favorite places to rendezvous.

I've worked hard to make this happen and take great pride in providing a clean house with updated furnishings with modern touches. To me, travel accommodations are not just a place to sleep but a place you enjoy coming back to after a day of exploring.
