Partial Week Getaways:
• September to Easter excluding holiday weeks: 2 night minimum stay permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day
• After Easter to May and Mid-August to September excluding holiday weeks: 3 night minimum stay permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• June to Mid-August and holiday weeks: 7 night minimum required in advance Sunday - Sunday; partial week stays with a minimum of 3 nights are permitted within 10 days of arrival only.

-Please note that during the current year we offer guests who wish to request in advance a specific house for specific dates during the next calendar year as an Advance Reservation Request. Rates and Availability are subject to change.
-A non-refundable Advance Reservation administrative fee is charged for each requested week.
-The tenant renting a home in the present year has priority status for the same approximate dates in the house next year if they make their Request on or before the last day of their stay this year.
-Dates are available for Requests to be booked by the public beginning at 9:00AM ET on the first weekday following the tenant's checkout.
-An Advance Request does not guarantee the rental season or the availability of a home or its rental rate for the next calendar year. The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its amenities and furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.
