Oceanfront Paradise! You cannot get any closer to the beach and ocean! Walk everywhere, no parking headaches!

Beautiful Second Floor, End Unit Condo with ocean views from every window. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or tea in the mornings and walk the beach in the evenings. A perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family retreat.

This Paradise condo is a one bedroom, one bath and includes a queen size sleeper sofa. The condo is very cozy and has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer/dryer.

A lifeguard station is located right out front, and beach access is right outside your door. You are literally steps from the beach.

You are within a 3-minute walk to the Boardwalk and its shops, restaurants and entertainment as well as the marina and main strip.

You will have your own private fireworks show many nights during peak season! You won't even need to leave the balcony.

"Paradise" is on the 2nd floor, stairs required (no elevator). Two parking spots are offered and located right at the base of the stairwell.

The condo is a part of a 9 unit building making it very quaint and not an overpowering complex.

There is a firm no pet and no smoking (includes vapes) policy that is enforced by HOA members who live full time on site.

This is the place for you if you are looking for a totally relaxing retreat with breathtaking ocean views and not having to drive!

This condo is excellent for two people. Has everything you need. It's very clean and taken care of. Located right on the beach with stunning views and close to the boardwalk. We didn't drive all weekend. Everything is in walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay!

Great location, right on the beach, walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. If you decide to drive somewhere, you know that you have an assigned parking spot when you return. Wonderful weekend in paradise!

Such a great little condo for my husband and I for a long 3-day weekend! We enjoyed the high table and chairs on the deck for an excellent view of the beach, the kitchen contained all that we needed, we walked all over downtown and the boardwalk (rarely used the car), and communication with the host was excellent. Wonderful stay!

This condo was in a great location! Several restaurants are within walking distance which is great because parking nearby is hard to find. Short walk to the boardwalk as well. Watched Thursday night fireworks from our balcony. Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Would definately stay here again!

Perfect and peaceful getaway

Every aspect of this stay was wonderful. We cannot overstate the sense of peace that we experienced while sitting on the deck just watching and listening to the ocean. Very convenient location for local restaurants and just a short ride to Wilmington. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back. Joe and Ana.

Small condo on the beach

It was a lovely little condo facing the beach. I always take bug spray with me when we travel,I never had to use it….I never saw a single bug!!!! You are asked to rinse yourself off after being on the beach but we could never get into this area. There were just two things that need an upgrade, a new shower curtain liner and the couch really sinks in!!! Overall I would stay here again!,,,,,

This is Truely PARADISE!!

The Perfect location!! It felt like home the minute we walked in. Picturesque view from the balcony and ever room. We could have stayed on the balcony forever. This is the Best VRBO that we have stayed in, Hands down the absolute cleanest condo. Very impressed with the attention to detail that is listed in the notebook for information about the condo, on how things work and recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. Our favorite part was that we could park our car at the condo and walk to everything. Kim and Christian went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
