That’s never the experience we want our guests to have. We do want to kindly ask if you have had a chance to call the Retreatia office or the after-hours emergency line. Both numbers are posted in the unit and included in the in-house instructions, and our team is always available to help with urgent issues like heating. We’re always happy to assist, but we can only fix what we know about. I’m sorry your stay fell short — the sofa and dining chairs, flooring/carpet condition, shower heads, and mattresses should not have been as you described, and the listing should not have implied a fitness center if one isn’t available. I’ve forwarded everything to our maintenance, housekeeping, and the owner so we can arrange a deep clean, evaluate and repair or replace the furniture and mattresses, assess the floors/carpet, and upgrade shower fixtures as needed.
