Heirship LLC is a family owned vacation rental business. We started Heirship LLC in memory of Rodman and Barbara Tripp. We wanted to build a legacy based on their love for family and their belief that working hard pays off. Because they worked hard their whole life, we were able to start a business for our children, their children, and their children’s children.

The Phoenix IV, Unit 4151, is the first property purchased for Heirship LLC. This is a special condominium for our family. We put a lot of love and hard work into the condominium, so you and your family will have a comfortable and luxurious stay.
