Steps from the beach. Cayucos is a perfect beach getaway. You have a small town atmosphere with friendly people and great beaches. Our home has a lot to offer. We are on a corner lot directly across the street from the beach access. We have plenty of living area both inside and out. The upstairs deck is amazing! The master bathroom is newly remodeled. You can hear the ocean from every room of the house. Come and enjoy this special experience.

Cayucos Stay - so comfy and perfect

We were in town for my nephews graduation from Cal Poly. Cayucos is a special place for our entire family. My family of 5 stayed in this cozy beach house that was just perfect. In fact, it would have been just as comfortable with a few more people too. Views were great; perfect public access to the beach; and just a relaxing environment. We were able to cook our meals with ease, walk where we wanted, and enjoy Cayucos to it's finest. The owner was wonderful to work with and so sweet from beginning to end. My youngest left his special blanket and the owner kindly had the cleaners find it AND we were able to get it back safely. We will definitely be renting this home again, if it's available.

Lovely house, comfortable for group

Loved this comfy beach house with lots of room for our group of six family and friends. Great location, wonderful sun deck. Fantastic upstairs primary bed/bath. The only thing that wasn't as advertised was the pullout sofa- which was listed as in the primary bedroom but is actually in the living room. Would have been much more useful upstairs, but wasn't really fit for sleeping on anyway. The murphy bed in one bedroom was an awesome additional sleeping space. Kitchen was well outfitted and charming. Lots of seating around dining table and in the living room.

I typically travel once or twice a year with family and stay at an Airbnb or VRBO.I also personally own 2 rental properties so I feel that I can share my opinion fairly. This home has not been managed properly or the owners do not care. The house had not been cleaned properly if at all.-yard not mowed-fence in the backyard is falling apart (some boards completely missing)-bird droppings all over the patio-we tried to clean leaves out of the pool but was challenging because the pool net provided was ripped in multiple places (actually 2 nets and both were in shambles)-the rugs downstairs had terrible stains-screen door full of holes-upstairs patio/ deck and stairs rickety and needs some TLC. We didn’t allow the kids on it because many nails protruding and could easily snag a foot.-both showers had old shower curtains and were gross-all the vents and registers were barely hanging on or taped on.-the chairs in the kitchen are about to fall apart and pinched a few fingers -on the last day the upstairs toilet wouldn’t flush because inside levers (plastic) broke. Appeared to be just old.-had to kill a few roaches Honestly we were very disappointed considering we were on vacation and had to clean the bathrooms and floors before we could use them.I did inform management during our stay and also provided a list of issues. The response we received was “they got new chairs and have a handyman coming”. WE WISH THE HANDYMAN AND CLEANERS HAD COME BEFORE AND NOT AFTER.
