We are offering this charming, air-conditioned duplex flat with sea views for rent in Fréjus, less than 800 metres from the beach. It measures 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Upper floor:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV, sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine…

Lower floor:
- Bedroom 1: A double bed and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: A double bed
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 25 m² balcony with a full set of garden furniture, a parasol and sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a ventilated fridge for drinks, a high chair, a cot, and an iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally situated in Fréjus, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
During your stay, you’ll have the chance to discover and enjoy the various activities Fréjus has to offer: hiking or mountain biking to explore the town’s surroundings, culminating in a spectacular climb up Mont Vinaigre with an incredible view of the Estérel massif, as well as horse riding, quad biking, tennis and a wide range of water sports in the Bay of Saint- Raphaël, such as jet-skiing, kayaking, diving and kitesurfing, as well as cruises on rigid-hulled inflatables or sailing boats to Port Grimaud – the ‘Venice of Provence’ – or to Cap Taillat, known as the ‘Little Caribbean’. Whether you choose to unwind at the Thalasso Centre or seek thrills at Luna Park and Aqualand, you’re sure to find an outing to suit your taste!
You can also make the most of the flat’s location to visit the Étang de Villepey in Fréjus – a nature reserve about an 8-minute drive away – as well as the Parc de l’Aréca and its botanical garden...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s garage, which can accommodate a medium-sized vehicle.
