Ground floor apartment of 70m2 including a living room of 30m2 with kitchen open to living room, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200, 1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 80x190 bunk), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, traditional Tassimo coffee and pod coffee machine, iron and ironing board, television in the living room and in the master bedroom.
A sea side covered terrace overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez.
Beach accessible by the terrace to 10 meters. Shops and port within walking distance (grocery store 10 meters).
Two non-covered secure parking spaces.
Free Wifi in the apartment. Corner office.

Secure pedestrian and lakeside village in the Gulf of St Tropez. Market and market gardening twice a week depending on the season.

Great apartment!
I booked this apartment for my parents to stay while we were in another property nearby. It's a great place and keeps all that is promised in the description! Right by the little supermarket and café and with direct access to the beach and to the canals. We would book it again if it is available!

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage
Wir waren mit der 4-köpfigen Familie für eine Woche am Anfang Juni in der Wohnung. Da es noch kein Hauptsaison war, war die Umgebung sehr ruhig, relativ wenig Urlauber am Strand (direkt vor dem Gebäude) und in Port Grimaud. Wahrscheinlich desswegen war der benachbarte Café noch geschlossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier, wir können es denjenigen, die direkt am Strand wohnen wollen, sehr empfehlen. Die Doppelbetten waren für uns etwas schmal, aber für die paar Nächte okay. Die Luft in der Wohnung war etwas stickig, aber wenn die Fenster und die Terrassentür geöffnet waren, war es wieder sehr angenehm in der Wohnung. Die überdachte Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Essen und Plaudern an der frischen Luft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es ist ratsam, die Küchenutensilien vor dem Gebrauch zu waschen, da man noch Reste vom vorherigen Gebrauch finden konnte. Was sonst noch wichtig sein könnte: - Die Grünfläche vor der Terrasse darf nicht benutzt werden, nur als Zugang zum Strand. (Informationen dazu findet man übrigens in der Wohnung, leider nur zu spät gelesen). Wir ließen unsere nasse Strandausrüstung zum Trocknen in der Sonne liegen und wurden kurz darauf gewarnt. Angeblich beobachten die Leute von der Nachbarschaft das... - Parken kann man auf dem ca. 150 m entfernten, geschlossenen Parkplatz. Mit einer vom Eigentümer zur Verfügung gestellten Karte können Sie ihn kostenlos nutzen. Für die Einfahrt in das Wohngebiet kann eine andere Karte verwenden werden, mit der man maximal eine Stunde drinnen parken darf (sonst kriegt man die nächste Mahnung von der Verwaltung) - Den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang über der Bucht von St. Tropez sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.
