Very clean and the back door leads right to the pool and hot tub. It is small and cozy! Slept 4 adult sized people tightly but would be good with 2 adults with small children. Overall it was very nice and worth it with the beach access!

We had a blast. It was literally a short walkway across to the beach. The unit had everything we could have ever asked for. They have luggage carts to get all your stuff in with. Room was clean, there was a cute little box for the kitchen- dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods. A box in the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, lotion and has a hairdryer.The only reason, I gave a lower score on communication with the owner, is because I never talked to him, I always talked to the front office and they were awesome!We will definitely be going back!

The room is very clean and comfortable. A very pleasant and relaxing visit. Everything you need is available in the room. The host is very easy to reach and knowledgable. I will say the folks that stayed in the room prior may have had an incident with reheating their lunch, the smell of seafood lingered. I asked the front desk for help and they provided an air freshener.When arriving, the driveway to the condo is easy to miss and the building entry is off to the side hidden in a pathway to the left. Do not let that discourage you from staying here. The place is nice, it is clean and the beach access is easy and almost perfect! While most condos have beach access ramps, this condo has steps. Makes it challenging for those with wagons or wheelchairs.The location is not far from the town and there is lots to do and see or just relax on the beach.My wife and I will stay here again and maybe bring the kids next time.
