This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Very clean and the back door leads right to the pool and hot tub. It is small and cozy! Slept 4 adult sized people tightly but would be good with 2 adults with small children. Overall it was very nice and worth it with the beach access!

Vacation-just the two of us

This condo was very clean and just the right amount of space for my husband and I. We could walk right outside the back door and the pool was right there. The location was excellent! It is right on the beach! I highly recommend this condo. We have already said that we will be back! It was a wonderful vacation for us.
