Very clean and well maintained property. We had a lovely view from our balcony. The pool was nice. The beach was just a short walk. Covered parking first come, first serve but we did not have a problem getting it. Restaurants were just a short drive from the condo.

The balcony view was great for the beach, the outside furniture could use a good cleaning. The room had no closet, shower head had low pressure difficult to adjust spray. Top of the fridge was filthy, I am tall so maybe I’m the only one that could see it. Construction going on at the beach side of the building, sand all in the parking area . Pool area was nice

Great location!

We loved the proximity to the beach. Easily walkable. Great AC- a must! Only negative was the TV- after a day in the sun we wanted to relax and watch baseball and RNC- so much buffering. Even with that, we’d still go again.

Great location but….

Great location and place. The bed was terrible. Sagged in the middle and should have been replaced awhile ago.

The beach view is great its just not shown in the online photos that great. Didn't use the kitchen but it looked to have a good variety of things to cook with. Didn't have any direct communication with the host or actual owner perhaps. I found the condom in the bath packet to be a bit off putting. Other than the weather it was a nice stay.

Cozy Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed is comfy, the space is clean and has a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at the view. Shower and bathroom space was also nice- plenty of space for the two of us and the shower had good pressure. The towel situation is a little sparse, but we managed. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchenette seemed sufficiently stocked with silverware, pots, pans and plates. Overall it’s a cozy space for 2 for a long weekend away!

Would definitely come back. great view, great environment. very friendly and helpful front desk. having a pool and beach right there was amazing. Only cons; you can hear people in the halls and the neighbors. housekeeping didn’t come, not sure if that’s is because we booked through VRBO. Kitchen silverware was not clean, not much cooking room. But overall perfect stay for a weekend trip of 2!!

Fun Vacay!

Clean and great view of the beach! The pool and hot tub were great and there was even a live band playing at the pool on Saturday night. Our unit had a few outlets that weren’t working so that was inconvenient, but we made it work. The TV has Netflix and other apps! We saw a housekeeping cart but nobody came and cleaned our room so I’m not sure if you had to request housekeeping. Overall it was a perfect place to stay for a few days and we loved the location and being able to walk to the beach!

PA Sand Castle

Everything was as expected and unit was perfect for our needs. Good view. Didn’t use pool but it looked really nice. Excellent beach access by boardwalk or drive. Only wish the unit would have had a broom/dust pan available. Lots of parking. Corridors could use a good power washing. I appreciated the bathroom night light All in all, this was a good unit for us.

Location location

The property is everything I was looking for—right on the beach and close to restaurants and downtown Port A. It was smaller than I expected, smaller than many hotel rooms. The kitchen area had a large oven and fridge, I would have preferred more counter/prep space. There was no dishwasher or washer dryer in the room—something would have expected in a typical condo. However, everything worked, and the property was clean and quiet. If I had more people or stayed a longer time it would have been a problem, but I was just there for a few days so I was happy.

Thank you for your recent feedback after staying with us! As these are individually owed condos, some owners have additional appliances, such as washers and dryers, available. When booking a future stay, I recommend calling the friendly front desk to find a room that meets your needs. We hope to see you again soon!
