Kitchen is well equipped, open valued ceilings & a beautiful screened lanai w/comfy outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee & sunrises. 2 Large Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths. Master bedroom has King size bed & full on-suite bathroom upstairs. Second spacious bedroom has a Queen bed w/option of adding another queen air mattress or a single. TV's in both bedrooms & living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa with queen-sized bed. Full second bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Full kitchen with new appliances, microwave, coffee maker & coffee pod maker, evening seasonings & electric grill. Boat slip available and boat ramp within 1 minute Walk/drive across street @ Marina. Large pantry closet of kitchen with full size washer & dryer. Plenty of parking for vehicle, trailer & boat even RV. We provide beginning essentials such as all paper goods, soaps for bath and kitchen, linens, towels, and many other condiments to make your stay comfortable. Golf cart available for rent. Great Location

We enjoyed staying at this property. It has great water views and is extremely quiet. The condo is very roomy and offers everything you need while away from home. You couldnt ask for a better location.

Day-trip Kayaker's Paradise Lodging

For the last twelve years we have spent January and February in the Everglades area because we love to kayak. This property exceeds all of the others in which we've stayed - roomy, good beds, attractive design, comfortable furniture, room for a trailer and car, and lovely screened lanai with a great view of the bay and pool. The owners quickly respond to questions and keep visitors informed of activities around the condo complex. We love staying here.

A wonderful stay in old Florida

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. It is wonderful. We have stayed on Chocoloskee Island many times and this is by far the best stay we have had. The condo is sparkling clean and decorated beautifully. The location couldnt be better. We had a last minute glitch with our schedule and the hosts were very kind in helping us make changes. Probably our best VRBO ever.

Great place for kayakers

This Chokoloskee condo is the largest 2 bedroom/2 bath we've had in our ten years of renting in the Everglades area. The furniture and beds are comfortable - something you don't find everywhere. The view towards the bay and pool are great. The screening on the lanai kept the sandflies out. And of course it was close to many landings where we could launch out kayaks. We loved it!

Great place to stay on Chokoloskee

We spent the month of February in the condo, and had a great experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Both bedrooms (king & queen) are spacious with lots of storage space and separate bathrooms. This worked out perfect for two couples. The view of the bay is beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time on the lanai. The owner, Brandon was very responsive both before our trip and with any questions we had while there. Another plus - great group of neighbors who were always friendly and happy to give us fishing tips.

What’s not to like…

Giving this home a glowing review will just make it harder to book! But I have to be honest. Beautiful property, ideal setting, great amenities. Brendon could not have done more to communicate and make sure we were happy with everything. Which we were! Thx!
