Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming living area designed for gathering and unwinding. The spacious sectional sofa provides plenty of room to settle in for a movie night, while the soft coastal colors, beach-inspired accents, and natural light create a relaxed atmosphere throughout the home. The well-appointed kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops, and ample space to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before a beach day to delicious dinners to enjoy together. A cozy dining area offers a charming spot to share meals, plan your next island adventure, or linger over a cup of coffee.

The property has 3 bedrooms: Queen bedroom, Queen bedroom, and 2 twins’ bedroom. In addition, both sofas have a pull-out bed with upgraded mattresses, one queen and one full-sized. Very short walk to the beach. Free Trolley stops right across the street going north, and one block over going south.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
