Go undercover in this PI owned modern, and stylish ground floor, king bed condo in Scottsdale with heated pool and spa. A perfect place to enjoy your desert or golf get away! Fully furnished, private patio, and with all the comforts of home, Wifi, outdoor grill and right on Stonecreek Golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses.

The condo has beautiful wood flooring and new furnishings throughout. Relax on the comfortable sofa, with a pull out queen memory foam mattress, and watch TV on the Smart TV (use your Netflix, Hulu, etc). The spacious king bedroom has a walk in closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding and another Smart TV.
Convenient ground floor single level unit with no interior steps. You will have a covered, assigned parking, and a heated community pool and hot tub just steps from your door. Enjoy a cookout in the community barbecue area with gas grills. You can even keep up with your workout routine by using the fitness center.
Fabulous location with a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping, and several restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course, just outside your door. Close to Paradise Valley, The Barrett Jackson Auction, and The Phoenix Open too.

The Villages of Stone Creek

The condo was clean. It was well equipped. The furniture was comfortable. It was centrally located to shopping and golf. The manager could have been more responsive to our questions about access to the fitness center and the pool.

I find this a strange review because if you look at our VRBO messages, and our texts, you did not reply to me, and your questions were not clear in the first place. Plus, the pool key fob was on the key rack the whole time! Safe travels, and best wishes.

Modern Vibe Condo

This condo was decorated in a consistently modern vibe throughout. It was well supplied from the kitchen to the bath, including towels for the pool. One suggestion: a tub mat would be very helpful. The tub still has that new shine and is therefore quite slippery. Thanks for providing a nice clean place.

Disappointing Stay

Condo was not appropriately supplied with items such as ice cube dispenser/trays, wine opener, towel bar, cookware, glassware. It was in need of a deep clean and surface maintenance. Upstairs neighbor has barking dog and walking trail is on a golf course which was quite dangerous .

Karen, You brought these items to my attention after your check out when I was unable to do anything to help you. Nonetheless, I was concerned about all of your complaints. We checked the cookware and glassware at the condo after your departure. With three pots and 4 pans, we found the cookware to be sufficient for a two person condo. Also there were six large drinking glasses, 6 small glasses, and 6 wine glasses. Also sufficient for a two person condo. In addition, there are hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels and hand towels. Again, I have no idea what maintenance you are referring to as everything works properly . Seems like needless complaining. We would have been happy to supply anything extra and an ice cube tray or wine opener had you asked us during this stay. In addition, every single person that has stayed there has enjoyed the lovely walking trail around the beautiful golf course. I find your comment utterly ridiculous. I hope you are happy and safe at home.

Best Location

This condo is steps from a greenway path that goes for miles next to a golf course, both beautiful and convenient. My husband and I walked almost everywhere. Many great restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Great heated pool and hot tub. My husband and I enjoyed a five week stay and hope to be back.
