Message me for bookings. We do have availability. Oceanfront townhome in Indian Harbor Villas, N. Bethany. Great views of ocean, state park, and even Indian River Bay. Easy access to wide beach. Parking for up to 4 cars. Fully equipped remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathrooms (no tub), 5 Streaming HDTV Smart TVs, Gaming equip., board games, high speed internet access, outside shower, grill. Nicely furnished. Beds include 1 K, 3 Q and twin over full bunk. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. 4 decks. Our property rents Friday to Friday, Check-in at 3pm check-out by 11am. Please message me with any questions or problems with rentals. Linens available to rent as well along with other beach equipment. No pets.

This property offers a unique non commercial area with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, parking and private beach access. It's also close enough to Dewey and Rehoboth along with Ocean City with a short drive.

What makes this property unique

We offer linen rentals along with other beach necessity rentals. Linen rentals for all the beds including bedding, bath and kitchen necessities are $195. Blankets and bed spreads will be provided. I will need to reserve those items in advance and payment for them will be separate. Other items are also available to rent like beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc.
