About this property

A Charming Beach Condo 3rd House from the Ocean

This charming 2 bedroom condo is only steps from the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck or take a stroll on the private beach. This 2 bedroom condo (known by beachgoers as the Green Dolphin) is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It is in a quaint community located in a building shared by only 3 other units. The full kitchen is bright and airy and the family room is spacious and cozy with a full-size pull out sofa bed and comfy chairs to relax in. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a trundle bunk bed.

The covered balcony is perfect for enjoying a family meal or just relaxing. It has a table, chairs and a beach view. There is also an outside shower and a separate footwash. Parking is available under the unit for one car and there is room in the driveway for another car. Mike's Fish Camp is a restaurant at the end of the street (very convenient) -it serves lunch and dinner.

The Green Dolphin is only three houses from the beach which provides a convenient and quick access to the private beach. Its great location offers quick access to downtown Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewey or Ocean City. It is close enough to access all of the excitement but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

There is a State Beach located adjacent to our beach which allows vehicles to drive on the beach and also allows fishing right from the beach. There are tons of activties for adults and kids just a few minutes away.

There are several grocery stores located with a 5-10 miles and don't forget all of the fabulous outlet shopping available in Rehobeth and the cute beach shops near the Bethany Boardwalk!

Bethany Beach is a very quiet beach community with a quaint downtown and a family atmosphere. Our community at Tower Shores offers all the ammenities of the beach towns but also a private beach and great location.

If you really want your vacation to be perfect, with a great location, friendly neighbors and a comfortable laid-back atmosphere, stay at the Green Dolphin.

Great Getaway

We have been staying here for many years now and it is always a wonderful time. Nothing beats being able to walk less than 5 minutes and have your feet in the sand! The neighborhood is quiet and the house has everything you could need. Thank you again for your hospitality and hope to return soon!

We'd happily return to this apartment! The location (if what you want is to be extremely close to the ocean) is hard to beat, and the porch area is incredible--we were out there for hours each day. It's a very short drive to groceries and the heard of Bethany, and a wide range of other stuff is very accessible. Owner was very responsive to our messages (not that we had any major issues to deal with during our stay).

Erin is super easy to work with and responds quickly. The unit is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a vacation. Super close to the beach. We used the porch a lot along since it had a nice breeze as well as the large outdoor shower. We plan to return!

Perfect for small family!

My family loves Bethany Beach. This was one of the better condos we stayed in. Very close to the beach, private community. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. Gracious host and communicates very well. Highly recommended!

Perfect girls getaway

I still can’t get over how lovely our stay was. We were literally a couple houses down from the beach (which was amazing) and close to shops. We all felt safe in the community and spent many nights sitting outside on the deck. Our condo neighbors were also super nice, so that was a plus!! The space was perfect for our group, and we would 100% go again:)

Can’t be beat!

Perfect spot to stay with 2 younger kids - 1 minute walk to the private, less crowded beach which allowed us to easily leave for lunch or snacks back at the house without having to pack everything up - quiet neighborhood but still only a short drive to both boardwalks. Easy communication with the host and a clean, comfortable place with a great outdoor deck for cocktails at night. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our family. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and in very good condition. The covered porch is a great extra for just relaxing or for meals, and especially in case of rainy weather. During our stay two of the other three units were occupied by the friendly owners - the whole neighborhood is a very friendly place. And the house is less than a minute walk to the beach (and the beach had plenty of space to spread out safely in this time of social distancing). Thanks Erin, we hope to return this Fall!

Nice stay close to beach

We enjoyed our stay at Erin’s property. The location is great, an easy walk to the beach. The balcony area is bigger than it looked in pictures which was great for playing board games outside. It’s an easy drive to lots of restaurants in Bethany. I was surprised we needed to bring all our own linens and with the really high security deposit since I hadn’t had that before with VRBO places but maybe these are new policies. Overall, this was as advertised and we enjoyed the visit.

Perfect week!

The house was exactly as described in the listing! We would definitely stay here again. Since the house is on the smaller side for our 4 adults, we used the outside porch quite a bit for eating and hanging out (there was a nice breeze) and took full advantage of the outside showers. This seemed to make the house feel more spacious and we weren't on top of each other. We spent most of the time at the beach which was a super quick walk away. Erin was great to work with and prompt in responding to questions.

Lance and I live and work in Virginia but come to the beach as much as we can. We have 3 kids who love coming down here to hang out at the beach and visit their grandparents. We all enjoy boating and fishing and the kids love to skim board and just hang out at the beach.

Why they chose this property

We choose Bethany because the kid's grandparents moved here and we wanted the kids to be able to come down and visit their grandparents as much as possible. We choose our condo in Tower shores because of the location and proximity to the beach. We fell in love with the community and have abeen enjoying it for over 20 years.

What makes this property unique

The best benefit is the private beach and how close it is! Our beach never gets as crowded as the public beaches and it is very clean.

The community is also nicely maintained and has a small community feel which we love.
