small in law quarters attached to home with private entrance! 2.5 miles to Lake Havasu close to Hospital and all grocery stores. Parking on street in front of property for boat etc, Room comes furnished with queen bed, refrigerator and microwave toaster and coffee pot and iron included! linens provided. Utensils available small pet ok no large breeds please.
