The Riviera Retreat offers a peaceful Oasis after a long day enjoying everything that Lake Havasu has to offer. Quirky on the outside as “The Eagle" welcomes you after a day at the lake or the trails! Riviera Retreat is newly remodeled with modern new finishes and a freshness that you expect. Offering space to spread out and outside spaces to enjoy with family and friends. Our home is located in the desirable south side of Lake Havasu, just 4 minutes from the newest, high end marina and boat launch.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with ensuite that leads to a covered patio. Generous 2nd bedroom offers space for 3 people. The kitchen offers modern appliances, granite counters and the kitchen utensils you’ll need to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals! The dining area has a counter height table with seating for 4 as well as as bar area that has another 4 stools to enjoy coffee in the morning or a meal during the day. The living room offers multiple seating options as well as a new 55” smart tv, perfect for gaming or signing into your personal streaming services. The patio off the kitchen is a great alternative for outdoor dining and is equipped with a large propane grill for a festive bbq with friends and family. Parking is abundant and can easily accommodate boat/trailer parking.

Our stay here was awesome! Anthony was the perfect host. There was always so much to do in Lake Havasu. It was a beautiful area and so much to do. The Rotary Park is the best park. Great for walking, swimming, and visiting with very nice people. We definitely will be back.

It was cozy and perfect for our family. The reason I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars is because the air conditioner is really loud and would wake me up in the middle of the night every time it clicked on and off. If it wasn’t so hot, we would have left the a/c off.

Cute place for a couple of nights

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our pontoon boat, as advertised. AC worked very well, even on 114 degree days! I only wish the bed were more comfortable (firm memory foam). The location was not clear from the listing. It is way out on the south end of town, about 10 minutes from the bridge.
