Go swimming, fishing or boating right in the back yard of this clean and cozy 3 bedroom lake house. Perfect for a large family or two families looking to share a great vacation home. Home features two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin stand alone bed. Home features a fully furnished kitchen and living room. Great deck overlooking the pond with a great yard leading right to a dock with clean sandy swimming areas on either side. Dock is perfect for any guests that have their own boat or jet skis that they would like to bring. All amenities are within 2-3 miles of the property and interstate 95 is 2 miles away. All of the time south coast and Newport beaches are within a 30 minute drive.

Awesome cozy property on the lake, had an amazing time celebrating with friends, living room was an awesome hangout spot for our chilly weekend. Deck had an incredible view, I loved the double access from both the master bedroom and the living room.

Great host, very communicative and easy to work with. The property was clean, spacious, and very accommodating - perfect for what we were looking for. In addition, getting to Providence and Newport were both super simple, this place is a perfect quiet getaway location while still being close to larger attractions! Awesome Getaway

We had such a great time at the house. It was very cozy. The view was very nice and we got to enjoy the firepit on the deck. Communication was great! Any questions we had was answered quickly. The location was ideal. We visited Newport, Mystic and took the ferry to Block Island. All about 30-40 mins away. Would love to go back during warmer weather.

Nice relaxing stay

Plenty of room to veg around, wonderful view off the back porch, enjoyed the fast wifi and all the streaming services. A perfect weekend getaway. Big river right next door was a nice biking experience also.

A Gem For A Steal

I would not hesitate to book this property again. It was the perfect size for us 6 adults (3 couples) to enjoy a getaway together. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, thoughtful toiletries, and board games, as well as awesome kayaks and even a paddle boat to enjoy the water. The location was awesome, with Newport being just a car ride away. We spent one day touring around the city, and enjoyed the rest of our time at the home. We brought a bunch of floats and tied them to the dock and relaxed on the water. I’d highly recommend this! The deck provided a wonderful spot to sit and admire the surroundings. All 3 of the beds that we used were very comfortable. One of them was extremely loud, but apart from that we had absolutely no complaints about this lovely spot. It is an absolute gem, for what I consider a steal of a price. Thank you so much for allowing us to utilize your property for such a fun and relaxing vacation!

Piece of heaven

Best vacation ever. So relaxing. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed from cooking utensils to toiletries. The house was decorated beautifully. Kayaks were a blast. The deck is priceless. View of the pond was amazing. The water temperature in the pond was perfect and is so clean. The communication from the owners was fabulous. Thank you Eric and Sherry from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend.

Nice lakefront house with great view

The House was very neat and clean with a tasteful decoration. There was ample sleeping space. The lake view from living room and bedroom was awesome. The house had all the amenities you can need from cooking supplies to toiletries. The owners were responsive and welcoming. The house comes with boats and kayaks you can use on the pond. Kids loved them, had a great time. I would recommend for a weekend getaway or quite week long vacation.

I travel often and this home was the best! Every room is decorated so cutely. The owners of this property really do there best to make all feel at home. Not one complaint at all. Highly recommend and definitely going to be coming back! I
