Mini-villa of 52 m² for 2-4 people with pool and spa, close to the beach

Villa Roméo offers 4 air-conditioned mini-villas*** for rent for 2-4 people in a large property located in a private and residential domain, ideal for relaxation, 800 m from the Croisette beach and 2 km from the lively town center of Sainte-Maxime.

Recently built and identically furnished, each mini-villa offers an area of 52 m². You benefit from careful decoration, a large terrace not overlooked and all the equipment necessary for your comfort:

- a bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, large closet, television, bay window with electric roller shutter opening onto a private terrace

- a living room with convertible sofa (160 x 200), coffee table, dining table, television and an electric roller shutter to completely obscure the room

- an open kitchen with snack area, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster as well as all the crockery and appliances necessary for preparing meals

- a bathroom with bathtub/shower, storage unit and hairdryer

- an independent toilet

- a terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and 1 parasol

- free Wi-Fi

You can swim in a large 16 x 9 m swimming pool, enjoy the jacuzzi and the large beach which surrounds the swimming pool while relaxing in the deckchairs or playing badminton on the wooden terrace.

When you arrive, the beds are made: sheets and towels are included in the rental price. You share a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (with participation). Please note that a mandatory cleaning fee of €60 will be payable, in addition to the rental fees, regardless of the length of the stay.

Various services are offered for an additional fee: breakfasts by the pool, barbecue evenings, traditional and electric bike rental.

For families, there is also the possibility of providing a baby bed and a high chair free of charge.

The town of Sainte-Maxime also offers many entertainments: open-air concerts, casino, cinema, night market, water sports, sailing base, walks on the coastal path, cycle path, mountain bike area, treetop adventure course, Aqualand , amusement park…

You are close to the many beaches of Sainte-Maxime and you have the possibility of reaching Saint-Tropez (14 km) by the maritime shuttle.

Our mini-villa is rented for a minimum of 2 nights. The price varies from 110 euros per night in low season (from mid-November to the end of March) to 250 euros per night in very high season (July/August) + the obligatory cleaning fee of €60. In July/August, rental is priority from Saturday to Saturday.

Fabelhaftes rundrum perfektes Appartement

Zuerst herzliche Begrüßung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Richard spricht auch Deutsch. Großzügige Anlage mit großem Pool. Schönes, modernes Appartement. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen. Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Couples break

We had a great stay in the apartment. The pool area is huge and plenty of space for all residents. Check in was difficult as the owners do not speak a lot of English. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the main centre of Sainte Maxime and a long uphill walk back. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful break last week. There are 4 really well equipped, comfortable self-contained apartments, each with its own private patio on one level of a large villa’s garden. The location is within a gated community, and there is little traffic or noise. The hosts are on-site and very helpful. The large swimming pool is above the apartments and has ample loungers, which even with full occupancy could not be crowded. Location requires a car (or bicycles) and access to St. Maxime is easy. Recommend Les Bateux Verts from St. Maxime if going to St. Tropez, as traffic on the coast road is always heavy. Would recommend a stay here.

Super Wohnung mit genialem Pool

Wir sind mit 2 Kindern (2 und 5) gereist. Catherine und Ricardo haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung zweckmässig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die sehr grosse Pool-Anlage. Herzlichen Dank Catherine und Ricardo für die Gast-Freundschaft. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage Nähe St. Maxime

Sehr schöne moderne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Anlage mit großem Pool und großer Terrasse nahe St. Maxime. Als Familie mit einem Kind haben wir einen wunderbaren 14-tätigen Urlaub bei der freundlichen hilfsbereiten Familie Buxman gehabt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt.

Truly Excellent Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We had planned to stay for one week but actually stayed three days longer as we loved it so much. The apartment is one of four identical apartments, situated in a very pleasant and safe, private, rural area, with secure keypad access. It was beautiful awakening in the morning to the sound of birds, and not traffic! It was about 15 minutes walk to the beach and it took a further 15 minutes to walk along the promenade to Sainte-Maxime town. The apartment is only a few years old, and still looks like new. It was modern, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and exceptionally clean. There was also fast & reliable wifi and great air-conditioning. Catherine was a wonderful host, always on-hand and willing to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend these apartments. Merci beaucoup!

Très joli endroit, très bien équipé !

L'endroit est très bien situé, l'appartement très bien arrangé avec la clim, ce qui est bien appréciable ! La piscine est sur le toit, ce qui est rassurant pour les enfants. L'espace avec les transats autour est très agréable. Seul bémol le chemin d'accès qui n'est pas aménagé et donc pas facilement praticable. Catherine est très chaleureuse et nous avons été bien accueillis. Les appartements sont très proches les uns des autres mais les voisins étaient charmants et chacun vivant à son rythme, cela n'était pas gênant. Merci Catherine et Richard !

Dear Catherine and family We have had 12 wonderful days in the beginning of July in your beautiful town and your new apartments/houses. The apartments/houses was very nice and very functional. Whenever we had a question or need for advice the hostes was very eager to help us - fantastic. Small issues in a new house where handled very quick. Looking forward to visit your again.
