The place was perfect! Great location was able to walk to downtown area and many attractions. We saw many bears right from the balcony and saw our first bear shortly after arriving. We will likely return to the area again and would like to stay at the same place again.

Awesome condo! It was clean and convenient location. We saw bears almost every day! The pool and hot tub was loaded with chlorine and over powering, not the hosts fault though. We had a great time!

The host was good at communicating. The key pad did not work. The host gave us the code for the key box for the actual keys. The outside of the property needs update and cleaned. The unit was okay condition. The lights in the one bedroom did not work. There were lights in the one bathroom were burnt out only one bulb was working. The volume on TV in the bedroom would not turn down it was set at a loud volume. Overall the propery was okay for the price we paid. I was pleased with the host and her communication with me.

This property is close to the main area of Gatlinburg. So that was nice. However, there were several concerns for us during our stay. It doesn't seem like the bedding is changed between guests. There was hair in the bedding. There were very few towels in the unit and smelled strongly of mildew. The property is listed as having a washer and dryer but it is not in the unit so that wasn't helpful with the linen situation. Most of the light bulbs in the unit were burned out. Only 1 of 3 in the bathroom working and only 1 in the bedroom. The parking lot could also be very challenging for someone with disabilities or elderly. Definitely should be pictured for awareness.We ended up moving to a hotel for the last night of our stay.

Such a cute condo. Host was very easy to get in touch with when we hadn’t received the door lock code. We even got to see a bear the last night. Will definitely use this home away from home again.

Before we checked in I got a message that the front door lock was broke and we had to use a different access. Once in the room we noticed the beds were small, they are listed as queen beds and they may be but they are much smaller than any other places we have stayed with queen beds. The place had 4 lights that didnt work and after checking there were 5 bulbs that were burnt out. The remote for the general area tv would only raise the channel and volume so we could not use on any tvs. I communicated these through the caht system and she told me the issues would be addressed, THEY WERE NOT THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. The main bedroom bath door was falling off the hinges and there was a towel holder over the top that would not allow the toilet room door to close. The air unit in the master bedroom had filters that were so dirty you could hardly feel the air coming out. I took the filters out and cleaned them and then it worked.We have stayed in this building 4 other times and had good service and rooms.

VERY NICE CONDO. EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED. CLOSE ENOUGH TO WALK TO TOWN, LOVED SEEING THE BEARS ACROSS THE ROAD UP ON THE SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN. THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

The unit was very nice and clean. It’s a good location. The building itself needs to be cleaned. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because it listed washer and dryer in the listing and while there is a washer and dryer at the facility, it’s for the entire building and cost 5.50 a load. Our clothes also smelled bad after we washed them.

Our family had a wonderful time while staying here! The complex building is a little run down like many reviews said, but the unit itself has been remodeled and it was very clean. It had everything we needed and the location to downtown was wonderful! Communication with the owner was quick. They always responded within an hour. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone looking to be walking distance from downtown and not spend a fortune on a condo!

Great location. Easy walk to the main strip which was much convenience considering the extra traffic and crowd during the holidays. Place was perfect for our family of 5, however the building itself seems a little outdated (not the unit). During our last day there during checkout, the elevators were not working, but at least we were walking down the stairs instead of walking up. Overall, I would stay there again.

Great Fall Break in Gatlinburg

This place was exactly what our family was looking for. Great accommodation with such easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and GSMNP. We would gladly come back and stay at this exact spot again.
