Our condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the community outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), perfect for those warm summer evenings. Also, free WiFi. Vacation has arrived!

Complimentary starter toiletries, linens/towels, free WiFi, air conditioning & central heat, full-sized washer/dryer combination

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

The location is great, not far from the shops and attractions. The property was not cleaned well. There was mold on the shower curtain, something sticky on the table, and fourth of July glitter bits still all over the floor.

DO NOT book this property. This is more of an apartment than a condo. There was only one lamp and no lights in the ceiling in the bunk bed room. This property was filthy, water damaged and full of mold. Had to find a different place to stay at 8 pm with kids tired and hungry. They are picky eaters hence the reason rental with the full kitchen. Had to take them out to eat and juggle booking a room at last minute to have a place to rest our heads for the night.

Perfect fit for an adult (king bed) or couple with up to 4 kids in bunks in a second bedroom. The view from the deck is awesome, a wide expanse, you are HIGH (my favorite for the morning and evening or night). Free trolley comes by at the bottom of a really steep short drive up to the condos complex. The streets to that entrance are already also up hill. But then an excellent parking lot. We have some fun bear pictures to take home. Kitchen is well equipped. Stayed 6 nights. Condo residents share an outdoor pool available after Memorial Day and would serve younger kids very well.

Great Stay In Gatlinburg

The condo was exactly as described, the bunk bed room was great for our kids. Location was close to downtown and parking at the condo was easy and convenient. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and helped make our stay great.
