Wrap around lanai, side yard for bbq and storage. The location is perfect with nearby restaurants with fresh seafood for all budgets. Great area for kayaking, boating, hiking and bike-riding. Location is perfect - approximately 1.5 hours from Miami and 2.25 hours from Key West - part of the National Everglades Park land formation. Only 2.5 miles from the Mariners Hospital.
