This spacious split floor plan home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open floor plan living area, screened in patio and large outdoor deck for your enjoyment. Home is equipped with all comforts of home.
Enjoy the canal view from almost every room in this immaculate home! Open floor plan includes the living room with quad-reclining sofa, a large screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and eat in counter with bar stools.
The large master bedroom offers serene canal views with a king-sized bed, an over-sized en-suite bathroom which includes a jetted tub & separate shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature queen-sized beds with a shared bathroom.
Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or favorite cocktail in the private fully screened patio or enjoy sitting under the stars as you barbecue on the gas grill on the large outdoor deck all while enjoying a view of the canal surrounded by mangroves offering a tropical atmosphere.

Fine dining restaurants such as Chef Michael’s, Ziggie Mad Dogs, Pierre’s, MM88 restaurants are nearby as well as casual dining restaurants such as Island Grill, Lorelei, Islamorada Fish Company and the historical Green Turtle Inn.
