Great location and property

Great location and clean home. Plenty of space to gather together and retreat to private quarters in the evening. Clean and inviting pool and garden. Lots of outdoor seating and a grill. Wonderful hosts!

Nous avons particulièrement bien apprécié la villa de Michel et Hélène.Elle est parfaitement équipée tant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur ( plusieurs terrasses meublees, piscine extrêmement bien entretenue , bien orientée et de bonne taille).L'environnement résidentiel est très calme mais proche des plages et port. On y va à pied.Beaucoup de choses à faire ( bateau, paddle, golf ) à distance raisonnable.Je recommande ce lieu dans hésitation cette villa pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille.Enfin Michel a un hôte très arrangeant et facile à joindre.Estelle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour calme reposant dans une villa très accueillante et chaleureuse... Nous avons également apprécié la prise en charge du logement ou nous avons bien été guidé. la villa est bien située et tient ses promesses

Dans un endroit calme et résidentiel, la villa est bien équipée, à l'extérieur (belle piscine, terrasses, barbecue, éclairages, jardin, portail automatique, parking, vélos à disposition etc.) et à l'intérieur avec de nombreux équipements complémentaires (frigo annexe, machine à laver, couverts et ustensiles additionnels, lecteur CD, bibliothèque etc.). Les plages sont à proximité, dont une accessible à pied. La voiture demeure indispensable pour faire les courses (sauf le pain accessible en vélo). Les propriétaires ont clairement le souci de bien accueillir les locataires. Les 4 chambres sont grandes et les espaces de vie nombreux. Les moustiques mis à part (très virulents cette année), les améliorations possibles pour le confort de cette belle villa devraient se porter prioritairement sur la salle de bain du RdC qui reste perfectible pour les 3 chambres concernées, et la climatisation de la chambre et du salon de l'étage, 2 pièces qui restent trop chaudes en soirée estivale. Au final une location de grande qualité.

great holiday

we passed a great holiday in this beautiful villa, well situated in a residential area close to the sea. We asked for an extra bed, as we were a group of 9 adults. This was arranged by the owner without any problem. The villa is well maintained and very complete with 3 refrigerators, and a washing machine available. the kitchen is well equipped with enough crockery and glasses for a larger group of people. The swimming pool is large and very clean.

Comfortable, clean and spacious villa. Just perfect!

The villa is very spacious, very clean and has all the comfort we could desire. We felt at home the minute we arrived. It is situated in a beautiful, quit and green residential area with all villas, close to the beaches and to the center with its cosy old port. The garden is large and offers several seating areas, and off the kitchen there is a nice outside dining area with a long table and a fireplace with BBQ. From the first-floor terrace you even see the sea. The pool is the best we have ever had, it's large and very clean. The owners have been very kind and helpful before, during and after our stay. It's one of the best villa's we ever stayed in and we would love to return!

Thanks a lot to owners of this villa who make our stay very comfortable.

This villa is very beautiful and comfortable for the big family or group of friends, situated in calm area. Beach is only 5 min walk. There is everything in the villa you may need. Kitchen is very good organized with all modern devises (even 3 refrigerators). There are two nice terraces where you may have your meals enjoying nice views. Food you may buy in the market in Sanary which is recognized as the best market in France. There is a lot of cooking battery, dish clothes and cleaning things. Beds are comfortable even for those who have issues with back. You can use 6 different size bicycles which are in very good conditions. Swimming pool is amazing with balls, toys and life jacket for child. Living room is very cozy, there are several nice table games for the whole family. Owners think about comfortable stay of their guests and even provide with devises against mosquitos! In general owners are very responsive and immediately react on your questions/requests. Our family had very nice, relaxed vacation in this villa and there are no doubts we would like to come here again!

Pour qui aime les grands espaces, la maison est idéale :nous avons apprécié cette grand villa avec de nombreuses terrasses, la piscine est très belle particulièrement propre, on peut véritablement nager . Le jardin arboré a beaucoup de charme avec ses vieux oliviers . Dans cette endroit , on respire, on est au calme ! Quant à l'intérieur très clair , tout est bien pensé pour vous faciliter la vie : cuisine bien équipée , grand barbecue en pierre, lingerie fonctionnelle, vélos à disposition. Tout y est pratique, bien pensé, généreux à l'image de ses propriétaires . Nous y reviendrons

Fantastique !!!!

Nous avons passé des moments extraordinaires dans cette magnifique villa : jardin immense et très bien entretenu, de grandes pièces très confortables, plusieurs terrasses qui permettent à chacun de se reposer, piscine très agréable et sécurisée pour une tranquillité totale, des vélos à disposition.... Notre hôte a lui aussi été très charmant et nous avait réservé un accueil très chaleureux avec en bonus du rosé et de la tapenade au frais ! Nous recommandons donc cette maison très chaleureusement dont les photos ne rendent malheureusement pas justice.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cette superbe maison! Le cadre est magique car entourée d'un grand jardin, la maison est grande et possède plusieurs terrasses donc des espaces de vie différents pour tout le monde, les chambres sont confortables et les parties communes très fonctionnelles. Notre hôte a été charmant et très accueillant.Tout est prévu à l'arrivée même de la tapenade et le rosé au frigo nous attendaient ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison qui est d'ailleurs beaucoup plus belle que sur les photos

Les vacances idéales!

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites dans cette belle maison a Sanary, les vacances idéales! Une maison vraiment fantastique, pleine de charme, avec une piscine très grande et bien maintenue. Le cadre est très calme, au milieu des oliviers et des pins - l’ambiance est parfait pour passer un séjour tranquille en famille ou avec amis. Michel et Hélène (et leurs familles) ont pris beaucoup de soins a fournir tout l'équipement qu'il faut, tout neuf et d'une très bonne qualité (e.g. tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, et les vélos pour tout la famille, même un carriole pour les enfants!). Ils étaient très vite répondre a, et résoudre, toutes nos questions / problèmes (dont il y avait tres peu). On a jamais rencontré un propriétaire si gentil et attentif! La maison est très confortable et bien protégé de la chaleur (les chambres en bas restaient fraîches même sans la climatisation). On compte retourner avec des amis pour l’année prochaine! Merci beaucoup!
