This condo can sleep 4 comfortably and walking distance to coffee shops, large grocery store, and restaurants. There is a comfortable queen murphy bed and a pull out sofa bed. It includes a beautiful chef kitchen, fast wifi, and a deck overlooking the golf course. The condo is located just 5 minutes to famous hot springs, boutique shops, and restaurants. It is also close to Wolf Creek Ski Resort and trails for mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and hiking. You can sit on the deck with coffee or hot chocolate and watch the sunrise and/or enjoy many of the wild animals such as fox, deer, geese, eagles, owls and more.

Great cozy place for family of 4

We have daughters aged 11 and 15 and this place was nice and cozy for us. Close to all the amenities of Pagosa and a great place to relax after skiing Wolf Creek. Highly recommend

The perfect couples get-away stay

Cozy, quiet, clean, great views, well maintained, everything one might need, and conveniently located to all things Pagosa. Very responsive host who had wine and cheese for us upon our arrival. We’ll definitely go back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Tish's property was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The property was clean and quiet, but close enough to town to enjoy the area and local outdoor things. We had a question when first arriving and she was able to answer almost immediately.

loved Romantic getaway

Condo was wonderful, clean, good location, comfortable and well furnished. Host was very helpful. It is walking distance to restaurants (Rosie's pizza) and City Market and coffee shop. Not right in town, but an easy 5 min drive. Loved the back porch too!! Perfect for a romantic getaway :)

My stay here was a very good experience. The condo was a nice and very easy to find. Your stay is next to the golf course which I enjoyed. Also the manager was very easy to get along with and would help you with anything you needed. Or had concerns about. This is the place to stay!

We had to remain in Pagosa for a bit longer than planned, due to a medical emergency. This condo was a perfect solution. Great location and price. Clean and beautifully remodeled.

A warm place on a snowy weekend

We spent a cold, snowy weekend in this cozy, warm apartment. The apartment is close to everything that we needed. The apartment was well stocked with what we needed to fix a meal. The host was attentive and quickly answered any question we had.

Tish is great!

It was cold when we were there, so we particularly were pleased with the short distance from parking to the front door. And the keyless entry is a breeze. The condo is cozy, and we had plenty of blankies and towels. And it was immaculate!

Quiet Condo, Great Location

The condo was nice and updated. The area of town was easy to get too, even when it was snowy and icy. About 30-45 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. The space was comfortable for us and our small kids. We didn't cook much, but if we did there was everything we needed including a slow cooker (great for setting up before you go skiing).

Awesome property with very nice owner

The property is great and Tish is wonderful. Could not be more helpful. Just be aware that there is no bedroom its a Murphy bed in the living room. If you are ok with that this place could not be nicer and the owner more accomodating.

Pagosa Springs Romantic Getaway

What a wonderful property. Views of the mountains, overlooking a golf course where you se deer grazing. Hot air balloons take off near by, and the Condo is within walking distance of restaurants and market. Tish is a fantastic owner. She has remodeled the property in a very tasteful manner. She responds to any questions in a timely manner. If you are looking for a cute/quaint studio with stunning views, book this property.

Perfect couple’s getaway

Perfect base camp location for our Pagosa Springs adventures. Everything was as advertised or better. We were welcomed with a kind hand-written card and a tasteful gift. Private patio, updated decor, great shower, comfortable bed were highlights for us, but the location was perfect. We walked or biked to coffee, dining and groceries. And had a hot air balloon out our window on two mornings. Communication with the host was easy. Highly recommend.

Easy, comfortable stay while you hit the slopes

The property owner, Tish, was extremely kind and accommodating. Checking in was super easy and the condo is very clean. It is a studio so be sure that you and the other guests like each other! The location is easy to get to, though on the far end of PS if you are going to Wolf Creek… Adds an additional 10 to 15 minutes depending on the weather. But not really a big deal. Tish left us a great bottle of wine and even a snack! It’s those little touches and her clear communication that really make this such a gem. Don’t miss out!

All around amazing

My husband and I are first time visitors to Pagosa Springs. Tish and her beautiful condo made the visit extra enjoyable. Tish is a delight to work with. She is very detailed in all communications, instructions and recommendations and super quick to respond to any questions. Her condo is in a great location, beautifully decorated and has a lot of really nice little details. The kitchen has everything, the bed is comfy and the towels are fluffy. All around quality. We loved our week spent there and look forward to a return visit. Thank you :o)

Why they chose this property

This is located in some of the most beautiful and accessible country anywhere. It is near National Forests, Monuments, Rivers, Lakes, ski areas, and so much more. Mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, jeeping, boating, water skiing, sailing, fishing, and golfing are just some of the fun things available near this property. There is also the ability to enjoy nature and just watch wildlife such as geese, owls, eagles, deer, fox, and more from the deck as you drink a cup of coffee or hot tea.

What makes this property unique

Wildlife will walk or fly right by the deck and has beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the San Juan mountains. The Weminuche wilderness is very close. The mineral hot springs located 5 minutes away allow for a healing and soothing soak all year round.
Summertime provides opportunities for many adventures in the area. There are bicycle trails and races, horseback riding, hiking, and dirt-bike riding trails in the area.
We have many streams and rivers for fishing and inner-tubing. Navajo Lake is approximately 20 miles away and you can sail, waterski and wakeboard, paddle board and scuba dive.
Wintertime is full of adventures, too. Wolf Creek Ski Area is 20 minutes from the condo. There are downhill skiing, country skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sledding, sledding, snow-mobiling and so much more to do here.
