The home features a stone fireplace, a kitchen with updated appliances, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite baths., This home is in a gated community with private pool/spa. The great room is perfect for chilling, playing games around the fireplace or binging Prime/Netflix. Sunny dining area with pool view off the kitchen stocked with appliances and basics so you can cook/ entertain easily.
Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking your private backyard with spa/lounge and pebble tech saltwater pool. Propane BBQ perfect for grilling and ultimate hanging out. All bedrooms have TV's with Roku system.

First and last month's rent (one month serves as refundable security deposit and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300 is due to move in. Small pets ok, no smoking. Two-car garage. Available January 1 2026. Minimum rental 6 months ($4900/month) or $4500/month on an annual lease.
1st months rent and and damage deposit to secure.

We have been fortunate to rent this beautiful home in Rancho Mirage for over a year, and it has truly been a blessing for our family. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, welcomed, and completely at ease. The neighborhood is quiet, cozy, and perfect for peaceful walks, with stunning views that never get old.The home itself is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable, offering a sense of calm and relaxation that we needed while being far from our loved ones. The backyard oasis—complete with a serene pool and a lovely patio—has been our refuge and one of our favorite places to unwind. It has truly felt like our own private getaway.We are deeply grateful to the owners, whose care and thoughtfulness have made this experience exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that our stay has been the very best it could be, and we appreciate them more than we can say.We are so thankful for the opportunity to call this place home. It has given us comfort, joy, and peace during a time of transition, and we will always remember it fondly.
