Located in the heart of Rancho Mirage, just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, our corner lot home and is 2200 square feet. This home is tiled throughout with contemporary porcelain tile. It is recently decorated and furnished with designer furniture from Bernhardt, Century, and Lexington.

Our home has 2 bedrooms, and a den/office which is equipped with high speed wireless internet, an all in one HP 8600 printer/fax as well as a dedicated high speed Fujitsu Snapscan ix1400 scanner. The den can be used as a 3rd bedroom with our very comfortable air mattress with foam topper.

The kitchen is fully stocked. Countertop is granite and is attached to the Media/Family room that overlooks the pool/backyard area with ceiling to floor windows. The Media/Family room is equipped with large Widescreen HDTV with Bose 6.1 Surround Sound.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Review of 18 Vista Mirage

My wife and I have utilized vacation rentals for several years throughout the US, but this was clearly the most well furnished, cared for, and hosted rental we have visited to date. Alan and Brett have clearly considered every possible need the traveler may experience and have furnished the unit accordingly. It is in a perfect location in the Coachella Valley with magnificent views of snowcapped mountains. It is quiet at all times and the backyard is a beautifully landscaped oasis. We first questioned why there were not more reviews until we understood from the owners that individuals who have utilized the units return year after year, in some cases for over 10 years in a row. Alan and Brett were amazingly responsive to any issue we raised with quick and efficient resolution. Thanks, Alan and Brett for providing such a wonderful location for our four months in the desert. Even the pictures do not do justice to this home.

Heaven in Rancho Mirage

Meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed home in a very quiet, safe, gated community. The hosts take great pride in their home and in welcoming guests to their property. They provided the daily necessities shampoo, detergent, spices, etc etc: who needs to buy all that when you are staying for a limited time!!!! So many modern amenities! This is a smart home! A chef’s kitchen! This home has high end everything, no dollar store junk. The office space provides two desks with laser colour printer. Several curated, tranquil, outdoor spaces at this private resort including a hot tub and pool oasis. In the evenings indoors and out, the candles glow providing a relaxing ambiance. The hosts have thought of everything they welcomed us with a personalized boutique style offering of wines, pastries and iced refreshments. We will be returning to this property for sure…….but they have two more equally fabulous rentals to pick from!!!!!! Thanks for making our vacation a home away from home.

A beautiful and relaxing home that exceeded our expectations! Alan was very responsive when we had a question about the television. The welcome was so special and the home was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

Exquisite vacation home

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation homes over the past 12 years and this was, by far, the nicest. The home is beautiful inside and out. The master bedroom is large and beautiful with a huge bathroom that has two separate vanities along with a jacuzzi tub and enclosed shower. In addition, there is a huge walk- in closet. The kitchen is well equipped and is open to the family room which affords a fabulous view to the patio and pool area. Additionally, the property and home are meticulously maintained and clean. Alan can easily be contacted if the need arises.

Rancho Mirage home

This is the third time we have stayed at Alan's place and are very pleased with the overall experience , it is a nice home that is well maintained, strategically located and he is easy to work with and provides prompt responses to any questions or concerns. As well we had the opportunity to meet Alan for the first time who made the effort to visit with us, this reconfirmed our thoughts mentioned above and we are planning another stay in 2018.

A wonderful get away in a beautifully equipped home and yard.

This is our second time staying at this address, and would definitely go back. It is a beautiful home and a private yard that makes you want to hang out and relax. The home has great amenities that make living there for our holiday a pleasure. We found that driving to restaurants and shops very convenient. The owners can be proud of what they are offering.

Palm Springs Champions Cup Finals

I traveled to Palm Springs to play in a multi day team golf tournament with a team of 8 people. Several members of the team brought significant others. We went to look for a house to rent, with another couple, and found this property. We were extremely happy not only with the property, and the quality of the property and furnishings, but also with the responsiveness of the owner. While we were there we had a small challenge with the hot tub, however, when contact was made, the response was almost instant, with a resolution within less than an hour, follow up, communication, etc. The house is also outfitted with anything you could possibly need. Our friend had his glasses break and there was even a small screwdriver kit to fix his glasses. Home and grounds were clean, and operating instructions clear. We were even totally accommodated when we requested a TV channel to watch our Green Bay Packers, (wish they played better). Alan represented everything accurately, and we loved our stay, and when we return to Palm Springs will be a location of choice. We've rented other condos, and houses before, this by far has been the best.

The Best!

As with all the other reviews this place and owner were first class! We vacation with friends every year and go somewhere different every time, Hawaii, Scottsdale etc.. and this was by far the best. Accommodations were wonderful and anytime we had a question or concern the owner was right on top of things. I highly recommend his rentals.

An outstanding life experience

We have holidayed here 3months for the last 6 yrs. 18 months in total. The unit and owner are first class. The home has everything, and if support is need the owner will respond immediately. We have experienced the holidays of a lifetime, made wonderful memories and will always be thankful for the time we have been able to spend at Vista Mirage. Vacations don’t come any better than this, the complete package, the home and yard are outstanding !

Ultimate Serenity

If you are looking for a place to fully relax and unwind from the day to day grind, this is just what the doctor ordered! We have never stayed at a place where anything and everything you needed was at your fingertips. There was obviously great effort put into all of the details. From the zen inspired landscape to the luxurious bed linens and furnishings, this place had it all. This meticulously maintained property is a breath of fresh air. The hummingbirds seen throughout the day, kept us close to nature. The entertainment system provided something for everyone. You will leave this property already planning for your next visit. Our family personally experienced a special attachment to this property, caring for it like it was our own. When we are in town, we will not consider any other place to stay. This truly is home away from home and then some!

Our visit to this Vista Mirage home was outstanding in every way. The amenities and the home's appearance were far beyond our expectations. The house, patio and pool were immaculate! The owner was readily accessible, helpful and friendly, although there was only one time we called during our visit. . We have stayed in several Palm Springs area properties, and this was by far the BEST! My wife and I can't wait to return.

High quality Model Home!

We stayed in this beautiful house in July 2010. We were impressed with such high quality furniture, decorations and the owner pays so much attention into detail. It has almost everything you need! The pool and spa are absolutely clean and beautiful, we stay in the pool everyday! I have always dreamed of staying in a model home and here it is! The owner is so nice and flexible! Highly recommended!

Thank you SO much for everything. Your home away from home is just what the doctor ordered. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door and were greeted with the beautiful orchid. We will remember our little getaway every time we look at it.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from sitting in the front room enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee each morning to swimming and relaxing in the pool and Jacuzzi from sun-up to well into the night…to retiring for the evening whether it be relaxing in the family room watching some TV or just cozying into the soft sheets of the beds.You have truly paid attention to every detail, all of which allowed for a very restful weekend. We loved it so much that we already have our next trip booked already. Thank you again for everything!

We arrived for a month stay several days ago and feel totally impressed with this home. It is everything that the description states and then some. I am assuming it is professionally decorated with very high quality furnishings and accessories. The kitchen is certainly well stocked and lends itself to entertaining or simply staying in, if we desire. It is very clean and well maintained, which is very important to us. If you are into sound systems and electronics, you will certainly appreciate what the owner has provided. He even provides detailed instructions on how to operate everything. We would most definitely return.

We stayed at the house fo...

We stayed at the house for a long weekend in October 2008. It is absolutely gorgeous! It was extremely comfortable, very private, and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely anything and everything that you would need to cook, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hottub are great, and the landscaping is beautiful. As nice (or nicer) than being in your own home!
