LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Only 5 houses till you're on the beach. No streets to cross-perfect for little one's. Two 12'x24' decks off right side of house with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Additional deck on roof for Ocean Views!!! Inground Pool with built in Hot Tub and Sun Deck!!
