Quintessential beach house! Easy walk to beach 0.2 mile with traffic light on street for safe crossing. Come home to relax in the new heated saltwater pool and sit by the gas firepit to enjoy libations and company outdoors. Pergola on patio near pool offers some escape from the sun if needed with a table and chairs. Rooftop deck has panoramic views of the bay and view of the ocean. Every night it's an amazing sunset event with comfortable lounge chairs and side tables. Spacious deck off of the top floor with Weber grill and view of the bay. House is meticulously maintained with hardwood floors and an elevator for easy up and down with suitcases and provisions. Every bedroom has room darkening shades and open from bottom up and top down to personalize your privacy and lighting needs. All bedding is top of the line and guarantees a great nights sleep. Please note that I do NOT provide sheets & towels.
I highly recommend using LBI DreamMakers to pre order what you need if you do not want to bring your own. Their website is https://www.lbidreammakers.com/ Phone number is 1-908-731-1174. They will deliver your order and pick it up at the end of your stay. Crib is also available in garage but needs assembly if needed. Walk to private Bay Beach just steps away around the corner of house on Bayview & 79th. Take the little ones for a swim or launch Kayaks which are available for use with life jackets and trailers in our spacious 2 car garage.

Enough room for 4 cars to park off street. Beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards all available for use. Beach badges included with rental.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please hose sand off of beach chairs before putting them back in the garage.
Please hose off Kayaks and life jackets and place back on racks in garage if using them.
Please use cordless Shark vacuums to minimize sand buildup in the house. Also please empty vacuum containers in trash and also dryer filter after every use. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect our home and neighborhood. Leave the house in the same condition in which you found it. Read Welcome manual in dining room.
Please read elevator instructions posted on the inside wall of the elevator. Gate and Door MUST be completely closed after exiting elevator.
Please check garbage and recyclable pick up schedule in Welcome Binder. Please put them in the correct bins Recyclables should NOT be in trash bags

Gorgeous house that was very well maintained and clean. The location was easy to get to the beach thanks to the red light on the corner. They provided beach chairs, toys and bikes were a great addition. The pool was awesome.

What a beautiful home and in a prefect location on LBI! We had a wonderful stay and the host was very responsive to a few questions that we had during our stay. The pool was a refreshing break from the ocean. The pictures didn’t do the home justice, one of the top 5 places we’ve stayed. THANK YOU for sharing your home, we hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing vacation at this house! Margaret was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with. The house was clean, spacious, and we loved the 2 living areas for our large family. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool, on the decks, and near the fire pit at night. We have 2 small kids and the house was perfect for our families. We can’t wait to go back!

Incredible property. The elevator made it a true luxury, especially as someone had mobility issues and was able to get everywhere. Everything was clean and new and the pool was wonderful. Property owner was great and would be immediately responsive to questions and check in proactively. I could not recommend this any more highly! A true gem!

Lovely Home w Pool!

Lovely, spacious home, recently renovated/built, with beautiful views of the bay and the setting sun, three decks, including roof deck, beautiful backyard, pool with spacious patio and fire pit with plenty of chairs and chase lounges. Only two blocks to the beach and less than two blocks to the bay. we hope to come back next year!

Beach Haven Wedding Weekend

This property is perfect in every way. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Location is perfect, street is very quiet, house is well appointed and comfortable, the beds (as promised) give great nights of sleep, the pool is pristine. The owner is very communicative and responsive to any questions and/or concerns. Highly recommend. If we didn’t live in Los Angeles, I would book regular long weekends at this property

wonderfully designed home-- fun for all age groups!

Well-equipped with chairs for indoors, outdoors, and beach! Plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. Pool and decks on 3 level were a real asset! Sunsets were beautiful! We brought bikes, but there were some at the house , as well as a great wagon for taking tjhe children to the beach! Loved the state-of--the-art puzzel board. Did a NJ beach lpuzzel last year & NY one this year!l
