Enjoy this beautiful three story oceanfront property with floor to ceiling views and a quiet setting while with in walking or biking distance to shopping, movies and all the restaurants and amenities.

The 3rd floor also boasts a magnificent great room with a wall of sliding glass doors that over look the ocean. Watch the waves break on the shore as you dine on the Bermex round dining table comfortably seating 10 or at the breakfast bar seating an additional 6 guests.

You can wash dishes while gazing at the ocean from large picture windows. Watch the 60” HD TV from the circular & sectional sofa.

5 bedrooms lead out to one of the many decks. Returning from the beach, wash the sand off using the private out door two showers.

House is nicknamed 'NAHAR' means River. Situated on Northern Corner lot and 80 on Atlantic appears to be 120 creating stunning southern exposure and panoramic views.

Lifeguards patrol directly in front of home for safety.
