3rd floor - Rose - 1 bedroom
Building in the city center with 3 apartments. Located a few meters away from a secured paying parking, shopping streets and many restaurants.
Independent entrance. The codes for the front door of the building and the key box for the apartment door will be sent to you via the reservation platform's messaging system.
Netflix and Amazon prime accounts are set up. Just press the corresponding buttons on the remote and choose the user corresponding to your home.
You are just a few steps from the historical center of Perpignan and you will easily find shops that will make you happy.
By taking on the right while leaving the housing you will have at disposal: pharmacy, tobacco, bar, restaurant...
By continuing on the street "Porte d'Assaut" you will arrive at the canal on the edge of which it is good to stroll.
If you prefer to store, take the "Mailly" street instead. It will lead you to a maze of small streets, each more charming than the other, and you will have at your disposal: clothing stores, bookstores, various restaurants, shoe stores, jewelry stores... I personally appreciate the souvenir store on rue "Lazare Escarguel" and the second-hand store "le colibri et la panthère" on rue "de la Cloche d'Or".
For the tourist office, take the Mailly street and continue in the street of the lodge.
