The property was very nice. The stairs going up to the loft or second floor was a little steep. Someone with hip or knee issues would have a bit of a problem going up or down. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful location, perfect getaway, pet friendly place, everything was so much better in person than the photos. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would come back to this place! Absolutely amazing. Very clean.

This property was excellent for our long weekend getaway. We’ve been to Innsbrook a number of times and this weekend didn’t disappoint. The home was great and had everything we expected. Property management answered all of our questions and we’ll look for this home when we’re out there again.

Beautiful Cabin in the Woods

This property is so lovely! It’s secluded, yet close to everything and has plenty of room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything and the communication with us was great!

The property was great! The photos are very well done as they make it look a lot larger than it is in person. Overall, we had a great time, the communication with our host was excellent, and we enjoyed all the amenities. The only negatives were that there wasn't a dishwasher (it was mentioned in the paperwork) and the AC couldn't quite keep up with how hot it was outside, which meant we couldn't use the indoor dining area. However, there were plenty of fans so luckily sleeping wasn't an issue. Also, it would have been nice to have a washer/dryer available as there weren't many dish towels. But overall, it was a very enjoyable space for a girl's weekend!

Innsbrook is a fantastic vacation spot for family vacations. I have stayed in a two different locations within the past years time. And this location was such a disappointment. Great photos on their website but it failed to show the real issues with the property in general. In warm temperatures for a summer vacation this is not a place to go. AC will not keep it cool. There are several fans but it still was uncomfortable inside on the warmest days. There are several spots on the large window in the front large room with water damage and one spot in the room with the table init, the ceiling has had a previous roof leak and it looks to have black mold growing in that area. There is no ac running to that enclosed room either so when the weather is warm, you cannot use that table to eat at. And unless you want to eat outside in hot temps, there is no other place to sit at a table. Lights to the outside fire pit area do not work. One place in the floor on the main floor felt like you could fall through …. The tile would make a popping sound and give a little when waking from the bathroom to the main floor bedroom. Kitchen is very disorganized. For the reputation that Innsbrook has, I was very disappointed by this rental. Just as pricey as my last stay but not worthy of Innsbrook.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoy Innsbrook overall, and we're sorry this stay didn't meet your expectations. The marks near the window and ceiling are from a roof issue that was repaired some time ago. While the staining remains, there is no active leak or mold growth. Unfortunately, the ceiling material cannot be painted. We're also sorry the home wasn't as cool as expected. During your stay, the area experienced an extreme heat advisory, but we'll still have our maintenance team inspect the A/C to ensure it's performing properly. The firepit lights are connected to a smart system and often can be reset quickly. We also wish we'd had the opportunity to troubleshoot this during your stay. Finally, we're having our team inspect the flooring and improve the kitchen organization. Thank you again for your feedback—we truly appreciate it.

Girls Getaway!

This chalet was perfect for myself and six of my girlfriends. We enjoyed the fire pit, the clubhouse, the deck etc. Everything was perfect and tons of thoughtful details.
