The house’s name “Tenn-a-Sea” is a new construction with 6 bedrooms/ 5 full baths located on your very own private beautiful white sand beach just steps from the deck. The front deck is 16 x 48 with the center deck being covered from the sun while the 2 other areas are great for sunbathing. We have 6 heavy Adirondack chairs and 2 chaise lounges for your comfort while sitting on the deck listening and watching the waves and dolphins or seeing the Blue Angels flying in front of the house. We have an outdoor dining table on the deck with seating up to 8 for your outdoor dining.
There are 3 king size bedrooms and 1 queen size bedroom with a twin sleeper on the main level. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin sleeper chair and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has an open floor plan with 3 sofas with one having a queen sleeper. A large dining table seating up to 8 people and a bar seating for 7 bar stools. The large kitchen is well equipped with anything you would possibly need. It has stainless steel commercial appliances featuring large gas cooktop, electric double oven, microwave, large French door refrigerator, dishwasher and a beverage cooler for all your can drinks. We also have a commercial ice machine, so you’ll always have ice. Maytag Washer and Dryer also for your use. Rinnai Hot Water heater so you’ll never run out of hot water.
The 2 front master bedrooms are Gulf front. Each bedroom has its own TV along with a large TV in the living area.
This property also has a covered outdoor elevator. Large picnic table underneath with charcoal grill. You’ll also have a fully enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water underneath deck for washing off the sand. There is a walkway right to the beautiful white sand.
