Adorable cozy 1940's cottage! Located in the historic Chicopee Dudley neighborhood - less than a mile from downtown, UGA, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Backs up to the 113 acre Walker Park with 5 miles of biking & walking trails, playground, public splash pad, and easy walk to the North Oconee River Greenway and Dudley Park! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. Nice private porch, deck & fenced yard. $7 Lyft /Uber ride downtown. No Parties allowed.

Please DO NOT pull out additional sheets or sleep on extra sofa bed or upper bunk bed unless you have more than 6 guests or made prior arrangements.
