Great place to visit the region, quiet, and close to metro, good acces to supermarket shopping, coffee shops and of course the French bread….not one shop we tried was bad. The apartment feels secure with solid doors etc.

Close to metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants. Clean and small but functional apartment. Two bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was fine for breakfasts but too small for a family of four to cook and eat dinners. There is a washing machine. No dryer, but there is a clothes horse to dry clothes.

Very nice apartment, not very central but close to one metro line also very convenient. Two double beds, two little bathrooms, one in each bedroom, very convenient too. No staff on site but you can call a phone number and all is well organized. You have to send up to 15 pictures for the check in and for’thencheck out to show in which state you found the apartment. Everything went smoothly. We would definitely come back if we have the opportunity to come back to Paris! Enjoy your stay…

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

HORRIBLE rental

Here are all the reasons I am giving the worst rating to this listing: - Located in a dangerous neighborhood. Both Uber and restaurant owners told us to be very careful when walking around. We were constantly approached by weird people. - Property management is inexperienced. They have no idea of how to communicate and English is not understood. - I prepaid 14 nights and I didn't get any supplies (not even sufficient toilet paper) for my stay. They don't know how to host long term rentals. - The property was not cleaned. Full of dust and even traces of food were found in the kitchen floor. The rug in the living room was disgusting. - Pillows and blankets provided were old, full of sweat stains (all yellow). When I brought it to their attention they dismissed me. - Kitchen supplies were very limited and old.
