Wake up to the breathtaking mountain views from this beautifully decorated, open concept townhome. Nestled in the premier gated community of Carmel Pointe, this Southwestern gem features high-end furnishings, vaulted ceilings and a large travertine patio to relax or entertain.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and is fully equipped with pots/pans, utensils, bakeware, dishes, stemware and serving dishes. The large, adjacent pantry houses a wine fridge, kitchen supplies and various totes for use.

Unwind in the whirlpool soaking tub in one of the two master suites. Each has a plush cal-king bed, luxury linens, and HD TVs with Cable ; spacious walk in closet, granite vanities, hairdryer and bathroom essentials.

Skylights brighten the laundry room which offers a mud sink, washer/dryer, laundry detergents, iron and ironing board.

A two car attached garage with remote provides an additional entrance into the home and allows additional storage for golf clubs, bicycles or other recreational equipment.

Beautiful home

This is a great home in a great location. We enjoyed the patio overlooking a golf course and a beautiful view of the Catalina’s. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was ideal.

Twice as nice!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful townhome! Didn’t think we could enjoy ourselves more than we did our first time but this stay was even better. We joined the Oro Valley Community Center located next store and have enjoyed the gym, workout classes, and of course the golf course! Wonderful place to stay and we will be back!

Dream Home

Quiet gated community, mountain and golf course views, in a house that has everything! This was our fourth year here, as you can tell we loved it! Unfortunately it will be our last as we bought a place of our own in the same neighborhood, that tells you how much we love the community! Need a great place to stay where all you need is your toothbrush, this is the one!

Home away from home!

Check in process to this gated community was very easy and well organized. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to walking trails, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. This home was very comfortable and had every amenity we needed! We will be back, see you next year!

Oro Valley Townhome.

We live in Oro Valley. When we had extensive damage on our home during the monsoon season. We were fortunate to have found this beautiful townhome. Just pack your bags. This place is extremely well stocked. It has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated! Gorgeous!! You will enjoy your stay there.

Paradise in Tucson!
