Take it easy and relax at this unique, quiet, tranquil getaway. Totally remodeled as of September 2021. Mountain View and beautiful evening sunsets. Large backyard with swimming pool(not heated) new PICKLEBALL court, hot tub, outside laundry room and gas/smoker barbecue. Gazebo with seating and glass propane fire pit.

Been in Tucson most of my life. Can say I'm a native because I moved out here when I was two. Father built the house and guesthouse while working a full time job, raising 6 kids. I am a Life Enrichment Director and work with seniors. I love working with seniors. I love entertaining, hiking, biking, pickleball, working out, water sports, swimming, and country music. I love to cook and always trying new recipes.
Why they chose this property
This property is special because my father built it and yet it is old but has a lot of memories and charisma. Lots of family and friend events have been here on the property. I got married in the back yard and have hosted a few weddings, many birthdays, bridal and wedding showers.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful sunsets. Spectacular Mountain View. And if you’re into Pickleball, have a beautiful Pickleball court in the backyard.
