Casita No. 229 is in the community of Rancho Vistoso, which offers beautiful desert landscaping, multiple walking and biking trails, parks, convenient shopping, a variety of restaurant options, a movie theater, and easy access to plenty of public and private golf courses. Rancho Vistoso is situated in the town of Oro Valley, a northwestern suburb of Tucson, just 40 minutes from the Tucson International Airport and about 90 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

This second-floor, fully-furnished unit offers stunning mountain and desert views from its private covered patio, and the resort-like common area provides a heated pool and spa, a fitness room with cardio and weight equipment, two poolside barbecue areas, plenty of lounge seating, and beautiful landscaping throughout. The unit also comes with one reserved and covered parking spot.

After a long day of swimming, golfing, hiking, cycling, or sightseeing, guests will look forward to kicking back on the covered patio and enjoying a cool drink while taking in a breathtaking sunset over the desert.

Everything was great! Quiet location with great sunset views! Loved the special touches (welcome basket, being sensitive to those of us with allergies, fully stocked kitchen). Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful furniture that was functional and comfortable. Loved the community heated pool and hot tub. Will be back again!

Perfect place for family visiting the area

My daughter and her family stayed her while visiting us for the holidays. She was very pleased with the accommodations. There was plenty of room. The location was perfect as it was only a short drive to Grandma's house. We will use it again for other family visiting us.

Just Like Home

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in Rancho Vistoso. It was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, and beautiful surroundings. It was very quiet and peaceful with spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Overall, this felt as comfortable as being home.

A beautiful relaxing property.

This is a beautiful well-stocked up-to-date condo unit. The views of the Tortolita mountains and the animals that are about made it special. The closure of the golf course may be a downside to some, but my Wife and I love to hike and walk so it gave us miles and miles of trails. We stayed at many VRBO properties and I would recommend this one!

Good solid property with it being as described and very well stocked. We hiked the abandoned golf course each day - what a great trail complex right out the back door - and enjoyed the sunsets and the people in the complex - very helpful and friendly. Pool area is great and we bbq’d several nights. Thx to the owners for being on top of their game!

Fell in Love with This Place

Wonderfully situated adjacent to the Vistoso Preserve...a repurposed golf course reverting back to a natural state. The condo's balcony faces West...Tucson's sunsets did not disappoint! The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds comfortable, and it was spotless upon our arrival. Also, the proximity to Catalina State Park and other hiking opportunities cannot be beat. We simply loved it.

We used to live in the Rancho Vistoso community with our two children many years ago. When we had the opportunity to buy a vacation home in the area, we jumped at the chance. Additionally, as an avid golfer, my husband was especially excited to acquire a unit in the heart of golf country.

We chose this particular property because we're all about location and views. In our opinion, unit #229 is perfectly located—close to everything, but also somewhat private—and the mountain and desert views are wonderful from sunrise to sunset.
