The loving, exclusive and comfortable equipment gives you security as soon as you enter and offers space for 6 adults plus a small child.

In the 115 sqm large, spacious and sun-drenched thatched house there is a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a view of the dining area and the living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, a cozy bedroom, sauna and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor is a family room with a balcony and a clear view of the back water, another bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. Of course you will find a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating in every bedroom.

The house is designed so that 6 people and 1-2 small children can be together and yet everyone can retreat to their own area.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The "garden room" on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and terrace. The family room on the upper floor has a large balcony with a view of the backwater, a wing chair to relax in, a small desk and a cot, the bedroom next to it has two single beds that can also be put together.

The same ambience is part of a harmonious, relaxing holiday, which is why we have equipped our house with natural colors and materials. In addition to the basic colors of white, cream, brown and gray, you will find turquoise tones in the dishes, towels and bed linen.

Your holiday home is right on the backwaters with adjacent walking, hiking and cycling trails that lead across the island and quickly take you to the nearby, white Baltic Sea beach and to Zinnowitz with its cozy cafes, restaurants and shops.
