Gorgeous direct gulf front condo is fabulously renovated, spacious and beautiful! On the east end of Phoenix V, where noise is kept to a minimum! Sixth floor with gorgeous beach and gulf views.



Sleep eight in this unit, with quick access to stairs. Beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and painted cabinets.



Primary BR features wonderful view to the beach and water, king size bed, flat screen TV and sliding door to patio.



Second BR features two queen beds with private bath. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for another two sleeping spots!



Luxury plank flooring throughout, and top of the line furnishings make this retreat feel like home away from home.



Patio is furnished with high end, comfortable furniture to enjoy the wonderful view.



Phoenix V is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!



There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a non smoking facility, so it is frustrating to try to enjoy the balcony when someone is smoking on another balcony, but that is not the renters fault. I did contact them and they were going to call the front desk

We all loved the condo. None of us are to DISH so we called in for help and we got it ! My niece paid for six days for a rental chair but her receipt only had five so that was a bummer. Obviously she should have checked her receiving

Family vacation

The location was great !! The rug in the living room was disgusting. The couch was completely uncomfortable. The toilet seat had a crack in it, which was kind of gross. The first shower I took hair balls came up.. there were hairballs in the hallway .

Had some issues receiving our check in information. After several attempts finally was able to speak to someone to get our access code. The elevator situation was a bit frustrating at times but hey we were on vacation. Everything else was great!

Family Vacation

Overall, the property was very well maintained. The check-in process was very simple, and we loved having covered/nearby parking. My only complaint would be that the primary shower appeared to have been overlooked during cleaning (soap and an old washcloth were left behind). Other than that, everything seemed to be clean and cared for, and provided plenty of space for our family of four. The proximity to the beach and access to more than one pool made our stay convenient and fun. We also loved the balcony views. We would stay here again.

Condo is as described and true to the photos. Great views! We loved the accommodations. However basic necessities like dish soap, dishwashing and laundry detergent and toilet paper were insufficient. Debris found under the beds. Hair clogged the tub drains.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Decor was great and the beds were wonderful. The only downsides were not major but need mentioned. The unit just overall wasn't quite as clean as we expected. The bath towels were quite small, the guest room shower did not drain properly and the shower curtain had a bit of mold. There was some empty soda cans on the side of the bed from previous guests.

Best VRBO I've ever stayed in

This really was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. The unit was SO CLEAN. King bed and pillows were super comfortable. Awesome ocean views. We did have a little traffic jam the first night using the elevators. Other reviews have mentioned elevator nightmares, which I can absolutely see happen if visiting during peak season (in which case, come with lots of patience or take the stairs). The cookware was typical of rentals, a little abused by those that don't know how to properly cook on nonstick cookware. (To be transparent, I always pack a pan and skillet just because I'm particular). I 100% recommend this property. I can't wait to book again!

So I wasn’t going to do this or one to complain but the condo was dirty cookies on the floor and the kitchen smelt very musty we went to the store and got bleach to clean it and air fresheners was just very disappointed for it to be newly renovated. To pay the cleaning fee and it wasn’t that clean at all and two of the elevators where broke and had to take the stairs most of the days. Just wanted to reach out and let y'all know the cleaning lady didn’t do a very good job and it didn’t smell clean in there we where very upset with that and tried messaging the host and haven’t got a response

Construction Zone

Could not use patio due to construction. Construction noise was so unbearable that you could not stay in condo during the day. No notice was given in advance. Feel totally ripped off..

The updates are perfect, especially the new bathroom cabinets , countertops, and bedroom(s) new furniture. We found the couch pretty but not as comfortable as it should be, though. Just 2 suggestions! Hooks on the bathroom door, please! And the bathroom fan is stuck from the spraying of the ceiling. These few things were not enough to stop us from booking for 2023, though. We booked Jan-Feb, 2023.

Costs versus property itself

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were very comfortable. The shower was small, clean but clogged needed to be unclogged, takes a while to get soap off due to soft water. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bath, would be great to more available. Hair dryer had a very short cord could not blow dry hair unless you put your head close to the sink! Dangerous! Couch was very uncomfortable slightly dirty. Garbage disposal was not working may have had something stuck in it did not use at all. Pans teflon were scratched scared to use. Paper towels also need to have more supplied. Garbage bags too, especially kitchen! Need new washer/dryer too! Batteries in remotes were dead had to buy new.

Complete Disaster even left a day early

Being in Hospitality myself I try not to write reviews that are not demeaning to other properties. This is a beautiful condo and was exactly as described in the photos. However, this is where the problems being! Housekeeping was horrible the beds had been remade from the last guests and I spent my 1st night washing sheets and bedding on all beds after a late arrival. I was up almost all night! Then the towels. I was wondering why there was nothing to actually cook with until I found a dishwasher full of unwashed dishes and pots and pans. Then after having to clean and wash dishes that took up a ton of my family time with my children and grandchildren. Next, we got a warning on a vehicle because the parking pass got turned over on the dash, then we get to the room and another warning because we attached life jackets to the balcony as others were doing to dry out. Each offense would have been $75 each. No one to speak to about the issues. Total disaster and disappointment not in the condo itself but the management company and Housekeeping services. It was like I said enough harassment and filth that we just gave up and left a day early. I highly recommend finding a management company that really cares and takes pride in the guests they serve and the property owners investment! Beautifully Disappointing!

Not worth the expensive rate

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose to rent this unit because it was renovated, but it actually was not worth the extra money. The condo was not cleaned well, it had black curly hairs in the tub when we got there, and I was trying to put my baby in the bathtub. The air vents rattled so loud the sound machine could not even cover up the sound. The showers are old and the shower head was so low with low water pressure. I had to sit on my knees to wash my hair. The king bed had deep indentions on both sides and I hurt my back while sleeping in it. There is only one set of elevators in the huge condo and we had to wait 45 minutes to get an elevator on Saturday morning when we were checking out. It was a nightmare, especially with children. The condo is on the opposite end of the elevators so we had to walk far. I would be more understanding about some of these things if I had not paid so much money to stay here. It is not worth the money or high rate. We also had to pay an additional $55 to park one car. The couch was oily.Positives- splash pad was fun for kids and the pool was fun lit up at night. The kitchen remodel was pretty and I liked the floors.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry we did not meet your expectations. We have made a number of adjustments based on your feedback. The management company has made extra efforts to ensure the cleanliness of the unit, and recent renters have commented on its cleanliness. We have adjusted the air vents, which has eliminated the rattling sound. We have replaced the shower heads to improve their height (the master is now a hand held unit). Water pressure is now excellent. We have also bought a new king mattress for the master bedroom. We also had the couch professionally cleaned. We hope that these efforts will encourage you to try staying with us again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the last week of September 2023 and it was very nice. The condo looked like the pictures and the property was was described correctly. Overall the property was clean and we saw people cleaning around the property every day. Our condo was clean except the clothes washer and dryer. They both had sand in and around them and the dryer lint trap was damaged and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Additionally, the secondary bath room sink and bath tub drains were very slow and need to be cleaned out of hair and sand. Except for the above issues we had a really good time and would stay at the condo again. We took one day and went to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola and it was well worth the trip. Also, it is free to attend the museum.

Great get away

Had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the beach. It was really nice having so many shops and restaurants just minutes from the condo. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
