I am Anders from Denmark where I live with my wife and our three children. I have a background as engineer, and I work within IT whereas my wife is a schoolteacher. Since I was a child, I have been visiting most areas across France and I was living in Nancy for half a year during my studies. In 2005 we started looking at buying a house in Southern France.
Why Anders Rosenbeck chose Laroque-des-Alberes
When we first visited this area, we fell in love with the relaxed Catalan inspired atmosphere and the sunny climate. The villa offers peace and quiet and magnificent views and have direct access to great mountain hikes and is still close to beautiful villages and beaches.
What makes this Villa unique
Private pool as well as a large pool in the domain and a tennis court - and the hiking just outside the villa is amazing!

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
