ONE OF THE BEST BEACH AND OCEAN VIEW CONDOS AT SEASCAPE.
this is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, deluxe condo. Two, private balconies with whitewater and beach views and beautiful sunsets. A well equipped kitchen, an electric BBQ, access to 3 swimming pools and spas, a resort bar and restaurant, and easy beach access. Golf, fitness center and tennis are available at a reasonable cost. The Village includes a coffee shop, pizza parlor, Chinese restaurant, a grocery store, Mexican restaurant and more.
The property is ONLY CLEANED BEFORE ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE. There are no daily housekeeping services currently being provided.
Contactless access to the condo eliminates the need to check-in at the front desk of the resort! Simply park your car in front of the condo; An access code will be provided allowing you access to the unit. The code will be sent to you with a “Welcome Guide” a few days prior to your arrival. We provide hand soap, dish soap, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. In addition, we provide complimentary personal soaps and shampoos; Beach towels are also provided, as are beach chairs. Please don't forget to bring your own sun screen.
AIRBNB and VRBO guests are considered “owner's guests” with free access to pools and jacuzzis. However, Bonfire usage and golf cart services are no longer being provided to AirBNB/VRBO guests.
