We raised 4 children here and love it too much to move away. We are renting it while we travel but hanging on to it so our 5 grand children can still come over and play at their favorite house.
Why they chose this property
This property has the best of everything. It is private, it has space, it is close to the freeway but not too close. The neighborhood is filled with the nicest people.
What makes this property unique
Obviously, being close to the beach, Santa Clause lane, Summerland, Montecito are all benefits. The secret benefit is that there is a marked hiking trail right out the front door. The biking to/from Carpinteria is amazing. There are challenging rides and well as rides for the casual cyclist.
