About this property

Beautiful Condo on the Beach in Carpinteria

Relax with the whole family in the fully furnished Back Condo just steps from the sand. Entertain indoors, on the Patio or beach. Downtown Carpinteria is just a short walk to Fine Dining, Breweries, Shopping, Cafe’s or pamper yourself with massages, facials or manicures.
Open concept with a large family room, dining room and modern kitchen with all new appliances.
One bedroom and full bath downstairs and 3 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and a Dry Sauna.
Fully Remodeled. New "Lisa Mattresses" upstairs.

Open floor plan, travertine lower floors, granite kitchen, three marble bathrooms, fireplace, patio and spacious bedrooms.

We have our own patio in front of our unit for entertainment. The BBQ is yours to use and the beach is right there. On the way back from the beach on the walkway there is an outdoor shower with hot water for you to wash off the sand. There is also a hose at the bottom of the steps in case several come back at once.
Other things to note
This is a family home for rent, we keep it very clean. We are looking for renters that want and respect the same ideas. The condo has a quiet and relaxing vibe, all the neighbors are best friends. All the units are the original owners and take tremendous pride in the units and grounds. Always be respectful to the other tenants.

Another fantastic stay at this lovely beach house! This house is perfect for a family gathering, right on the beach so the kids get max time in the sun, with a large kitchen and dining area that fits everyone. We hope to come back again next year!

We had a great time in the condo and it was the perfect beach location for my family and friends. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the owners were very responsive and communicated some before our stay and worked around the clock to address anything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Annual Carpinteria Getaway with friends & family

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The location really can't be beat, steps from the sand and quick walk to downtown Carpinteria. The bunkbeds we perfect for our teens. We had an amazing time, hope to stay here again.

Fantastic family home

My family stayed at this lovely condo for New Year's so we could be close to our mom, who lives in Carpinteria. The condo was perfect for us--it's comfortable, big enough for everyone (six adults and three kids), and has a fantastic chef's kitchen. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great experience dealing with Mark and his family. Beach access, great outdoor space, comfortable and spacious inside. Just a few blocks from the main shopping and dining area in Carpinteria. Just perfect for us.

Girlfriend's Celebration Carpinteria

Had the best time with dear friends in this beautiful condo on the beach. Comfortable beds and great kitchen to cook in. You can cuddle up to a fire in the great room while playing games and watching TV.Walking to restaurants and shopping down Linden is so much fun!Hosts are warm and friendly to work with.Great time was had by all!

Great family vacation

The condo had everything you could possibly need and more. Fully equipped kitchen high end appliances, tv in every room. It had lots of bunk beds for the kids, plenty of sand toys and boogie boards, and beach towels. The owners are very nice and you can tell they have a lot of pride in this family condo. We would definitely come back again.

Annual Carp Trip

Our stay at this beautiful Carpinteria condo could have only been made better if we were able to stay longer!! The location is unbeatable truly just steps from the sand as well as the short walk to downtown made it easy to enjoy great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques.The condo itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Having our own private patio with a BBQ was perfect for evening dinners, and the hot-water outdoor shower made rinsing off after the beach so convenient. The quiet, friendly atmosphere of the complex made it feel like a true home away from home.If you’re looking for a clean, well-appointed, and relaxing place right on the beach, this condo is a gem. We can’t wait to come back! (And we will this was our second stay)

Great family holiday

My extended family stayed at the condo for Thanksgiving and it could not have been more perfect. Mark was super accommodating and helpful since we were arriving at different times. The condo was clean and set up wonderfully for families - fully equipped kitchen for cooking, room for all 8 of us to hang out, games for all ages. And the location was fabulous - the beach was right there with tons of sand and gentle waves suitable for the kids and the adults. Already planning another stay with my siblings!

Overall… it couldn’t have been a better place to stay. Lovely setting. One day the neighbors parked in one of our spots and that was difficult. We followed the rules and hunted for a spot on the street… quite a distance and then carrying a 30 month old out in hot sun

We have been using this Vacation Home for 30 years and have watched 20 grandchildren have the best vacations and memories while staying here. The next generation is just starting and we can't wait for even more memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a Family Home. My Parents are original owners with their good friends owning the other 3 units. The beach is steps away and the downtown is just a short walk with shopping and dining. The Condo is kept in excellent condition, the beach is one of the safest in the world and the small town of Carpinteria is so much fun. Santa Barbara and Montecito are a short drive if you feel like exploring the larger cities.
