Upgrade your Palm Desert getaway with a spacious, beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom condo inside the guard-gated Palm Valley Country Club.

From the moment you walk in, you'll notice that this is not your typical vacation rental. We completely remodeled the condo with new flooring, a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, smooth-finish walls, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open-concept kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas, where soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive views of the golf course, lakes and surrounding mountains create the perfect desert setting.

Tennis players, take note: our Palm Valley Country Club membership allows our guests access to the club's tennis facilities, including 16 tennis courts. Not all vacation rentals within Palm Valley include this privilege, so if tennis is an important part of your stay, this can be a significant benefit. Please note that Palm Valley Country Club charges guests its applicable tennis and court fees directly; those fees are not included in the rental rate.

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy comfortable seating, a propane BBQ and beautiful views throughout the day—from the golf course and lakes to the mountains and spectacular desert sunsets.

Palm Valley Country Club offers an incredible resort-style setting with 48 swimming pools and spas throughout the community. Even during busy periods, it's easy to find a quiet pool nearby. Better yet, one of our favorite pools in the entire community is just steps from the condo. Surrounded by palm trees and overlooking the golf course and mountains, it's an ideal place to swim, relax or unwind in the spa after a day of tennis, golf, hiking, shopping or exploring the desert.

Inside the condo, you'll find Smart TVs in all three bedrooms as well as the living room, plus high-speed 500 Mbps internet that's more than capable of handling streaming, video calls, remote work and multiple connected devices at the same time.

For added convenience, the condo also includes a fully equipped private laundry room with a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Phil was highly responsive. The property was lovely. The only concern we had were the ants which need to be professionally exterminated on the property (outside) and the master shower head sprayed water on the ceiling, creating a flood in the bathroom. It’s in dire need of repair or being changed out. Other than that, the stay was quite nice.

A sanctuary in the desert!

We only stayed 1 night in between trips- that was not enough! By far the best place we've stayed in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. Super clean, modern, and quiet with an unbeatable view. In addition to the amazing views, we really enjoyed how new and clean everything in the condo was. Location was ideal and the beds were great. The unit was nicely equipped. It overlooked a beautiful golf course. The beds and linens were very nice. Nice area to walk. Unit is on the 2nd level, so if stairs aren't your thing that may be an issue. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve always believed the little things matter—keeping the condo exceptionally clean, making sure it’s well maintained, providing the amenities guests actually use, and being responsive when questions come up.

Because I stay at the condo myself, I try to keep it feeling more like a well-cared-for second home than a typical vacation rental. My goal is simple: I want guests to arrive, settle in quickly and feel like they made a great choice.

Why they chose this property

I was born in Los Angeles and have lived in Southern California my entire life, and Palm Desert has always been one of my favorite places to escape to. I love the palm trees, mountain views, beautiful weather, abundance of golf and tennis, and the incredible selection of restaurants and shopping throughout the area.

I fell in love with Palm Valley Country Club because it combines that desert lifestyle with a beautifully maintained, guard-gated community, resort-style pools and spas, golf course and mountain views, and excellent recreational amenities.

After purchasing the condo in 2020, we spent nearly a year completely remodeling it from top to bottom. The goal was to create a comfortable, updated place that we would genuinely enjoy staying in ourselves—and one that our guests would enjoy just as much.

What makes this property unique

What truly sets this condo apart is its exceptional setting and beautiful desert views.

From the private balcony, guests can enjoy expansive views of shimmering lakes, the golf course, swaying palm trees and the surrounding mountains—a classic Palm Desert backdrop that feels both peaceful and distinctly resort-like.

The condo is also just steps from one of Palm Valley’s most inviting pools. With its infinity-style appearance, palm-lined setting and sweeping golf course and mountain views, it offers a particularly beautiful place to relax and enjoy the desert atmosphere.

Combined with the condo’s remodeled interior, tranquil surroundings and prime location within Palm Valley Country Club, the setting feels more like a private resort retreat than a typical vacation rental.
