This is a perfect condo for true relaxation, where you can enjoy the exquisite views surrounding you at every turn! Our condo is delightful with everything you need, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the patio bar-b-que as you look across the plush, green golf course and elegant palm trees that dot the landscape. Your swimming pool and hot tub await, as you take only a few steps to its entry gate. (There are many pools to choose from within Palm Valley Country Club!)
This condo is ready for You to relax; featuring two Lazy Boy double-recliners with flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, not only in the living room, but also in the Master Suite. Wireless Internet is also provided.
We have a fully equiped kitchen and new washer and dryer in the utility room.
In Palm Desert and the surrounding area, there are many restaurants to choose from ~ casual or fine dining.
Beyond the gates of this beautiful facility, are multiple activities to enjoy: such as art, hiking, museums, bicycling, theater, golf, world-class shopping, concerts, and so much more!
We have a two-car garage to keep your vehicle clean and cool. Enjoy staying inside and have fun at a board or card game, or snuggle up with one of our enjoyable books.
Palm Valley Country Club is a guard-gated community.
The Clubhouse is elegant with amazing food in the beautiful dining room. Every Friday is Pasta Night. You don’t need to drive off the property to pamper yourself.

The condo had everything needed for a great Palm Springs vacation. The pool and hot tun were steps away. The garage and bikes were very nice. The grill was clean and worked great. Lots of towels, dishes, etc. Highly recommend!

Our host was very accommodating to our needs. We had a couple of minor issues and the property manager was on site very quickly to address the problems. The space is perfectly sized for the two of us…plenty of space, sunny, and the amenities, decor, furniture, and supplies were all fine. Nice view from the patio. Just a few steps from the pool. Palm Valley Country Club is beautiful!

We somehow planned the most perfect vacation week to leave Chicago during a huge winter storm at the end of January! We stayed a full week from Fri-Fri. The home and the Palm Valley CC community could not have been any more beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Both the Challenge and the Championship golf courses were amazing as well as Terra Lago about 20 minutes away. We stocked up on groceries and grilled out almost every night and then treated ourselves to Morton’s Steakhouse on our last night. All the amenities of the home were top-notch and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We hope to come back again, year after year!

This place was wonderful and exactly as described. We loved it. The one concern we had during our stay was addressed quickly by the Property Manager. She was very responsive and helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. 30 steps to the pool and jacuzzi. Second bedroom was a little warm. Couldn’t keep the windows open because the train was distracting. All in all, it’s a great place to rent.

Palm Desert retreat

The property itself is very nice and immaculate. Had everything we needed. The view of the golf course was beautiful. We didn’t use the pool or spa but they were within a few steps of the patio. We really appreciated having a garage especially the day of a sand storm. The trains are very close and very loud and the people above this unit had dogs that barked all day when they left and the noise level was very loud.

We always enjoy our time in Palm Valley, and this trip was no different. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier, and communication with the owner was streamlined to a minimum. The one fly in the ointment would be the upstairs neighbors, or more specifically, the dog. That first night, it barked NONSTOP. After a while, it was more impressive than anything else. Fortunately, the owner has white noise machines in each bedroom (GREAT touch, by the way. This should be a staple in EVERY rental) to drown out the barking. Proximity to the pool 10/10.

Why they chose this property

We have visited this community for several years and were in love with the peaceful atmosphere we felt here. This past year we found this condo for sale and couldn't pass up the opportunity to own a piece of this great community.

What makes this property unique

One of the benefits we like about this condo is that we are 30 steps away from the pool and hot tub. (I counted the steps.) This is also a gated community with patrols that make us feel safe, any time of the day.
