Our 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cottage sits on a short, private drive between the lake and GOTL Strip, providing easy access to the best the village has to offer. The first space you experience is our welcoming sun porch. Step inside to enjoy 1,600sf of room to relax and enjoy. The entire house has been renovated since 2022, including fresh paint throughout, new tile flooring, sun porch rebuild, kitchen redesign including granite countertops plus added cabinets and dishwasher, an added shower upstairs, and a laundry area on the main floor. The main floor also features a living room with sectional, dining room with seating for 6, stocked kitchen, master bedroom with king bed and attached half bath, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Televisions are Roku equipped so bring your streaming service logins and passwords! Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms, each with queen bed, plus a full bath.

Outside is a small concrete patio with picnic tables, gas grill, and fire pit. Though the area is under renovation by another property owner so conditions cannot be guaranteed at any specific time, shared, private lake access is available at the end of our short street. Use is at your own risk. Guests choosing to visit the lakefront must provide their own beach towels, chairs, and water shoes (strongly recommended). We ask everyone to be considerate of others.

Parking is available alongside the house for up to 4 cars, with free parking available just 60' away on Lake Avenue.

Ready for adventure? Look no further than The Strip. Restaurants, music, games, shops, Geneva Township Park, GOTL golf course, Adventure Zone, and Lake Erie Canopy Tours are all within 1 mile. Geneva State Park is 3 miles away and offers access to well-mapped hiking trails, beautiful Breakaway Beach, and a full-service marina that offers seasonal rentals including kayaks, SUP, and jet skis along with fishing boat charters and sunset cruises.

We take pride in offering our well-maintained home. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed anywhere in the house, including the sun porch. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Clothes washer and dryer are available. For your convenience, we include a starter pack with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 hand soap per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Other supplies are the responsibility of the renter.

Bookings are typically a 2-night minimum except for mid-June through August when they are a 7-night minimum. Message us for special circumstances. Children are welcomed. No pets. Select your dates and get ready to start making memories. You’re going to love lake life!
