Sandprint by the Sea is one of these kinds of vacation homes — it is only a 1-2 minute walk to the private beach, ensures you enjoy every moment of your paradise getaway, and makes you never want to leave! This three-level, Mediterranean-styled home is located in the lush neighborhood of Dunes of Destin, which sits beside a beautiful lagoon. In fact, this home is prime, lagoon-front property, so you and your fellow guests can take advantage of its private waterfront patio and stunning views. Additionally, the home has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and expansive living accommodations. It can host up to twelve vacationers.

The first floor is dedicated to casual entertainment and guest quarters. Here, you will find a den with a wraparound couch, wet bar, and wall-mounted TV. From the den, you can access your waterfront patio, which has outdoor seating. There is also a nautical-inspired bunkroom on the first floor. The bunkroom is perfect for the kids, as it features a flatscreen TV, two queen/full bunks, and a twin bed.

Upstairs, you will find the expansive great room, which boasts soaring ceilings and an open loft. The bright living room includes a wraparound couch and two royal-blue accent chairs. The seating ensemble faces a dormant fireplace with a wall-mounted TV above. Hardwood floors flow into a formal dining room, warmly lit by a sunny window and elegant chandelier. The dining room has a hardwood table with seating for eight. A state-of-the-art kitchen sits beside the dining area. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a lightly-toned tile backsplash, white cabinetry, and a marble-topped breakfast bar with four raised chairs. This grand great room shares the second level with a contemporary-styled master suite. The master bedroom has king-size bed, flatscreen TV, white credenza, and a dark accent wall. It also has a private, en-suite bath with a glass-walled shower, deep soaking tub, and a granite-topped vanity.

The remaining guest bedrooms are located on the third floor. One guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, sunny windows, private bath, and a TV. The other guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a private bath, wall-mounted TV, and access to a lovely veranda. Also on the third floor is an open loft with a wet bar, couch, and clear views of the lagoon.

When you stay at Sandprint by the Sea, you not only enjoy one-of-a-kind vacation quarters, you also have access to community amenities. A community pool is located only a short walk from the home, and it includes a lagoon-front patio that is perfect for relaxing. The private beach is also nearby, meaning you can go from lounging at home to lounging at the pool to lounging at the beach in no time! Other nearby conveniences include shopping, live music, festivals, and fireworks at HarborWalk Village; popular restaurants and bars; grocery stores; and more.
